I loved the layout and overall design/decorating of this house. Centrally located to get to anywhere you need. Public beach access is not nearby.... so rent a golf cart.
The house is well stocked and includes much needed amenities. The elevator was key as well as having 2 laundry rooms. The WIFI seems to be an ongoing issue, but its not the owner or managers fault (provider issue). The house and exterior needs extra bug control. I explained to my group that it was new construction (where the extra materials need to be removed from the side yard) and that it was thick woods not that long ago. Honestly, for the price.... we shouldn't have as many pests as we got.
I would definitely rent this house again!
