The Absolute Best!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was absolutely perfect - the location, the neighborhood, the house, the pool/spa - EVERYTHING! We visit 30A several times per year and rarely book the same house twice. I will 100000% book this house again. Additionally, Royal Destinations is such a wondeful company to work with - super responsive and always very helpful. This is my second time booking with them and both times have been great.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the stay was great! When booking the reservation, we received some inconsistent information which made it slightly difficult to plan for check-in and checkout times. But we also booked during the time of a change in management so that was partially a problem. The home was gorgeous and perfect for our size group of 13. The pool was lovely but did lose sun around 3 PM. When we arrived, the floors were a bit dirty so we had the cleaning crew come, but they came in a timely manner, and if there was ever an issue, it was fixed right away. There was an issue after we confirmed and paid for late check out that we were locked out of the house so again that plays into some inconsistencies and communication with the overall company. There is nearby beach access, and walking distance to shops and restaurants which made our stay very enjoyable.
