Welcome to paradise - your beach getaway awaits! Grand Isle 302 is a sunny, third-floor beach condo in Seagrove Beach on 30A—literal paradise. Less than a five-minute walk from the beach and with access to a community pool, guests are perfectly situated to enjoy all the best a beach vacation offers. The condo includes three bedrooms and spacious living accommodations. It can entertain up to eight beachgoers.

Hardwood floors, modern appointments, and coastal-inspired décor create a relaxed environment for all visitors. The living room includes a cream-colored sleeper sofa, matching loveseat, and woven accent chair. The cozy seating ensemble centers around a glass-topped drink table and nautical-blue rug. One couch conveniently doubles as a queen-sized sleeper sofa for additional bedding if needed. Half shiplap walls and an abstract blue painting above the couch give off beach vibes. A wall-mounted TV above a gray entertainment shelf completes the space. A set of glass doors open onto a breezy patio furnished with Adirondack chairs and a café table. It’s the ideal spot to enjoy the picture-perfect Gulf Coast weather. Inside, the dining room is adjacent to the living area. Here, a farmhouse table with bench seating and four chairs sit atop a gray geometric rug. Four additional raised chairs are located at the kitchen’s granite-topped breakfast bar nearby. The kitchen includes white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.

The condo’s master suite boasts a king-size bed, tufted headboard, woven dresser, and white bedside tables. A wall-mounted TV is provided for evening entertainment. Glass doors lead to the balcony. The master suite also has a nautical-inspired ensuite bath with a glass-walled walk-in shower. One of the sunny guest suites includes a queen-size bed and beach-washed furnishings. The other guest bedroom is great for the kids, as it has a twin bunk and TV. The two guest bedrooms share access to a full hall bath.

Visitors of the Grand Isle will enjoy a variety of amenities provided by the condo complex. These include a sparkling community pool, complimentary bikes, and convenient access to the private beach. Additionally, the condo is located near various restaurants and specialty shops in both Seagrove and other communities along 30A. The laidback Perfect Pig Grill is right there for your culinary enjoyment. Other nearby restaurants include the chic Café Thirty-A, Angelina’s Pizzeria and Pasta, and Mi Casita Mexican Grill. Head east or west along 30A, and you’ll run into other unique beach communities, all with their own brand of coastal fun.

My BFF and another friend stayed for 4 nights. The property was beautiful we really enjoyed it. We had some trouble operating the tv so I think some instructions would help. Be careful coming through the gate across the street from the beach as it is uneven. I fell and broke my ankle but we still enjoyed our time there.

This was a wonderful place, nestled atop the Perfect Pig, our go-to breakfast every day! The beach access was a breeze and a super easy walk, even for 85-year old Grandma! We even did some shopping at SoHo, which is a sweet boutique on the first floor of the building. We had a relaxing mini-vacay and will definitely book this same spot again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is beautiful and very clean. It was spacious and perfect for our 21 month old to run around. The private beach access was great except for it doesn’t mean that we can sit anywhere on the beach there is still blocked off areas but we still didn’t have to walk far at all. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great time. Loved it. The bikes really came in handy for our 17 yr olds. They had a blast not having to walk everywhere. I would just add that you may want to put written sign telling the purpose of the fabs. I kept trying to read the sign above them but it said something else. We didn't realize what the key fabs were for until we tried to go to the beach. We figured it out pretty quickly. Haha

Great Property!

My husband and I stayed here with our 1 year old and were thoroughly pleased with this property! The master bedroom closet would be big enough to accommodate a pack n play if you have a little one but we were able to put our little one in the bunk room and still had space for another guest. Kitchen was fully stocked and we brought extras of the essential household products. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets as well as games, cable TV, and access to streaming services. Noise was very minimal on the third floor and there is an elevator to get up and down. We drove to Grayton State Park which was 12 min drive but there is a private beach access (with fobs provided) where you could rent an umbrella and chairs if you wanted, or set up your own stuff in the designated 50ft space. They also provided beach toys on the back deck! The checkout process was very easy also! We will definitely stay here again.
