DETAILS & LAYOUT OF SALTWATER:

Saltwater has 3 KING ensuite bedrooms, a bunk room with 1 QUEEN and 2 TWINS, a bedroom/library with 1 TWIN daybed and 1 TWIN trundle, and a 2nd living area with a QUEEN size sleeper sofa bed.

Each bedroom has it's own flat screen tv, as well as both living areas. Even the master bath has a tv! Never miss a thing with a total of 8 flat screen wall mounted SMART tv's with Showtime, HBO and other premium channels

BOTTOM FLOOR: includes an outdoor logia area, a lobby foyer and large laundry/mud room

2ND FLOOR: has three bedrooms (2 king rooms and bunk room with 1 queen and two twins) all with their own bathrooms. This floor also has a separate living area which a queen size sleeper sofa, and wet bar with microwave, free-standing ice-maker, beverage refrigerator and sink. Two french doors lead out to a balcony.

3RD FLOOR: main floor contains a living area with 70 inch TV, dining table for 10 (5 additional seats at large kitchen island), and a library/5th bedroom with queen size bed, XL daybed with twin trundle. Nano doors open up the ENTIRE REAR WALL of this floor leading to spacious balcony with built-in grill. Play your music wirelessly from your apple device.

To-die-for kitchen has huge island seating for four and 2nd sink. Kitchen features all stainless Thermador appliances including free-standing ice-maker, microwave and separate beverage refrigerator.

4TH FLOOR: dedicated to the master suite with it's own private balcony with gulf views and luxurious master bath. Master bedroom also features a wine refrigerator and coffee bar.

REFUNDS will be given if cancelled 60 days before arrival. If cancelled 30 days before arrival you will receive a 50% refund. Inside of 30 days will result in loss of monies paid. In certain circumstances monies may be credited to future stay within one year.
