DETAILS:
This home offers 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a private pool, an outdoor shower, a short 5 minute walk to the beach, bike or golf cart ride to the beach and wonderful accommodations for up to 16 guests!

Its industrial interiors paired with high ceilings and refreshing décor set the stage for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. The second floor’s open-concept floorplan welcomes guests to relax and enjoy time together. The living room offers ample seating for your entire group along with a fully-stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs.

As you enter the home through the carport, there is one bedroom with 4 twin beds and a ½ bath. If you continue to walk through the hallway to the other door leading outside, you will find an outdoor shower within the fenced-in front yard.

On the second floor, there is a Master King suite which includes a daybed with a trundle pull out for kids who need to be close to their parent(s) or just want to have a sleepover. Also, there is a full attached bath and a private deck that overlooks Defuniak Street.

Off the kitchen, on the other side of the second floor is a beautiful outdoor deck which is perfect for sipping coffee in the morning, enjoying a home-cooked dinner in the evenings, or watching the kids play in the fenced-in yard.

On the third floor, there is a queen master bedroom with a full bath attached along with two other queen bedrooms with a full bath in the hallway. This floor also has a full sized pull-out couch in the common area suitable for two guests to sleep on.

Guests in this home will love the sparkling private pool and spacious pool deck with lots of seating. There is also seating for 6 if you’d like to eat down by the pool or you can take a short stroll to enjoy delectable bites and delicious drinks at Chiringo or Red Bar—two of Grayton Beach’s best local spots.

Wonderful Grayton home

My family had a wonderful stay at Always On My Mind. The property was exactly as advertised. The home is equipped with everything for an easy, worry-free beach vacation. The golf cart and bikes are a nice perk that come with the house. We visit Grayton almost every summer and this house was one of our favorites.

Before we ever got to our VRBO, the communication between the host and team was amazing! They answered questions and made our time there more comfortable. They continued to communicate throughout the entire trip. Very spacious inside and clean. It was a little further walk than we anticipated but, having the 6 person golf cart was the ticket to all of our short outings.

The location is very close to the beach, it was delightful to ride a bike or just walk down. Beautiful neighborhood with nearby outdoor seating at bars for after your day at the beach. Very lovely indeed

Best trip to 30A

We just back from our most recent trip to 30A and really enjoyed our stay at Always On My Mind. The location was perfect with beach access only a short walking distance away. It is about halfway between the 30A intersection and the Grayton bars/restaurants making it very quiet and laid back. The house was super clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the large kitchen and covered porch in particular. The golf cart and bikes were also very handy and made for even easier access to the beach. We have stayed at several other houses in Grayton and all agreed that this was our favorite yet. We look forward to renting from Graytlife again - perhaps at a smaller house because to be honest this house was more than enough for our group (4 adults & 3 kids age 4, 1 and infant). This house would be great for a larger group especially with older kids/teens. Host Kelly was super communicative and responsive throughout the process. The bonus was the complimentary beach bonfire which was really special and made even better by host Jay.

Child friendly house, great location

This was our second time staying here (first time as new parents) the house was great for kids and child proofed- the pool was fenced in and not easily accessible for a toddler, which gave us piece of mind. The master bedroom is fantastic, plenty of room for a pack and play, and open floor plan great for toddlers. It’s an enjoyable short walk or bike ride to the beach. Jay was great and very responsive to the broken ice maker. The bonfire was the cherry on top !

Fabulous home with great amenities

Always on My Mind is a beautifully maintained home with tons of space for entertaining. Great for a large family, it contained plenty of great cookware and a nice gas grill (most of the Grayton homes I’ve rented in the past had poorly functioning grills, so this was a plus for us). The house came with a golf cart, 6 bikes, and a beach bonfire - what a huge bonus!! Kelly responded quickly with any questions and was a pleasure to rent from. We will definitely be back!

Grayton Beach family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Grayton Beach. House is in a great location, walking distance to Grayton Beach. It is also very close to shopping and restaurants. House comes with a golf cart and bikes, which we used to get to neighboring communities. House has a great layout and plenty of space. Beds are comfortable and house was very clean. If you are considering a 30A vacation, this house is a great choice.

Beautiful industrial house easily sleeps 10

We stayed here for a late summer beach vacation. Everything was as described. The new golf cart was a beautiful touch and the bikes were in great condition. The pool is small but serviceable. Parents with small children should know that there are a number of industrial features in the house, such as rolling carts, spiral staircase, and a ladder like climbing feature that make this house inappropriate for young children. Overall, I would totally stay here again.

Fantastic house and just as nice as the pictures, if not more so. I stayed 2 weeks this summer so I had ample opportunity to interact with Kelly & her team as well as some of the housekeeping staff...and everyone was so nice & kind and responsive!

Family Reunion

This house was perfect for our family reunion! We have been coming to Grayton Beach for the past 12 years to gather with a large extended family. Having a large family with adult children ourselves makes it hard to find a house that meets our needs. There were plenty of bedrooms, lots of space to hang out and a fantastic kitchen/dining space. We would definitely rent this home again!

Great spring break stay

We loved staying here for spring break 2022. House comfortably slept two families with older kids with plenty of room to spread out. Comfortable beds and plenty of kitchen prep space with equipment to cook. Beach access is a five minute walk, but the golf cart was a huge help to transport gear. Kids and adults loved using the bikes as well. Balcony was a great, private place to relax in the early mornings or evening after a day at the beach. Will rent again!

The house was absolutely beautiful and in the best location. We couldn't recommend this place anymore! Perfect for a larger group of people as well- so much space! The house was also spotless and well decorated. We absolutely enjoyed our stay!
