We had a simple quick 2 night stay. Overall, the stay was great for four of us down for a wedding. Had we brought our pets, it would have been accommodating. Beds were very comfortable. We didn’t cook so I can’t speak to functionality of the kitchen, but we had what we needed provided. The two things that stuck out to us were the air return and sun room. The air return was whistling terribly loudly when we turned the air down upon arrival. We checked the filter and it was fully clogged a d had not been changed since last summer of 2025. They did immediately drop off a new filter when notified. The sunroom was underwhelming in my opinion as a tenant. It’s a beautiful room with much potential and with updated decor, a rug to help with acoustics and coziness, it could be a great feature to the house. In its current state with a sleeper sofa and a single antique chair, no rug in such a big room, it lacks the cozy beach vibe by far that the rest of the home offers. It’s just a big empty room that would not be confined to sleeping. We did not use it this weekend. The host was kind, prompt and communicative. Location is perfect. And if we did have a bigger group, plenty of room to sleep everyone. And cleanliness is always important and we weren’t disappointed outside of having to change the a/c filter. Thanks, we enjoyed our stay.
