This two-bedroom villa at Aldea Paraíso is designed for couples traveling together, small families, or friends who want to experience La Punta while having a comfortable, quiet place to return to. Surrounded by greenery and simple architecture, it allows days to unfold easily and nights to be truly restful.



The Space:

The villa offers two independent bedrooms and the advantage of a small private kitchenette, giving you freedom to prepare something simple, keep drinks cold, or start the morning slowly before heading out.



Like the rest of Aldea Paraíso, the feeling is intimate and unpretentious. Open-air corridors, plants, soft shade, and a layout that lets you feel part of a small tropical community while still keeping your privacy.



Upstairs, a shared terrace becomes a natural meeting point, with hammocks, breeze, and basic kitchen equipment. By the pool, another common area invites you to cool down or pause between outings.



Here, nothing is overproduced. Comfort comes from simplicity.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full access to their private villa and all shared spaces, including the terrace and the garden pool area.



The Neighborhood:

La Punta moves at its own pace. Morning coffee, sandy streets, familiar faces, sunset plans that appear naturally.



You can step into that energy whenever you want and return home to a quieter environment to rest.



Getting Around:

La Punta is best explored on foot. If you arrive by motorcycle, there is space inside the property. Cars usually park on the street.



Other Things to Note:

For security purposes, all guests must complete a mandatory digital check-in prior to arrival. This includes submitting a valid ID, completing a registration form, and providing a credit/debit card for a security deposit. This secure process is required to validate your reservation and receive check-in instructions. Failure to complete it may result in denied access without refund.

We give you independence while remaining available whenever needed.

Housekeeping is provided upon request between 9:00 AM and 1:30 PM.
