Finca Can Cocou for 10 persons near Can Picafort Mallorca

Can Cocou is a great maintained holiday finca in absolutely quiet location. The finca is located on a beautifully landscaped plot with large lawn, almond trees and a fenced pool not far from the sea. Around the house there are several Freisitze, so that 10 persons here can be distributed wonderfully. There is a small covered terrace with sofasitzgruppe with view to the pool, a covered pergola in the back of the finca with barbecue grill and a large lawn area to sunbathe or play.



On the ground floor of the finca is the spacious living room with a large couch-seat group, a level higher is the dining room with a large dining table and stove, next to it is the semi-open kitchen. From the kitchen you can go down a staircase to the back of the garden. From the living room you are in a corridor from which the 4 bedrooms lead off. The house is very generously divided and also the bedrooms are very spacious. The Erdgeshcoss has a bathroom en suite and another separate bathroom.

An external staircase leads to the studio on the first floor. This studio is equipped with a small kitchenette, a living room and a separate bedroom. There is also a shower room. The Finca Can Cocou is a great family vacation or ideal for group trips and is located in a great, quiet location.

Finca in sehr ruhiger Lage, ideal zum Relaxen

Pros: Das Haus hat einen wunderschönen Pool in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Der Pool wurde morgens mehrmals in der Woche gereinigt. Die Gastgeber waren wirklich sehr nett, es lief alles sehr problemlos ab -vom Buchen bis hin zum Stromabzählen-am Ende des Urlaubs.Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht, selbst für 10 Personen ist das Geschirr ausreichend gewesen. Toller grosser Kühlschrank. Supermärkte sind ca 3 km entfernt. Wir waren mit 3 Generationen vor Ort, die sich alle wohl gefühlt haben. Cons: Schade war, dass im Sitzbereich des Grills kein Sonnenschirm oder eventuell Sonnen-Gardinen vorhanden waren. Konnten dies leider nicht nutzen auf Grund der Sonneneinstrahlung. Ebenso im Loungebereich wäre ein zusätzlicher Sonnenschutz willkommen gewesen. Statt Trampolin wäre vielleicht eine Tischtennisplatte toll, diese würden auch die Erwachsenen nutzen ;-)

Pros: Die Finca ist sehr schön angelegt, hat einen schönen Pool. Mehrere Terrassen um Schatten zu finden. Eine Ausreichende Küche mit einer ordentlichen Ausstattung. Cons: WLAN könnte etwas überarbeitet werden, was die Stärke angeht.

Pros: Dejligt hus, med godt fordelte sovepladser. Især dejligt, at huset var køligt. Aircondition var ikke nødvendigt om natten. Gode terrasser rundt om hele huset, så man altid kunne finde et opholdssted i enten sol eller skygge. God pool. Blev gjort ren af ejer i løbet af ugen, hvilket var et stort plus. Cons: Pool så større ud på billeder end i virkeligheden, men var ikke lille.
