There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor. Fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table that connects to the living room, which has comfortable furniture and satellite TV. There are 2 bathrooms, one on each floor.
The house is air-conditioned and for the winter months there is a pellet stove.
Magnificent and charming outdoor area. Fenced pool of 3x5 meters, play area with swings, ping pong table and toys at your disposal, comfortable outdoor furniture, barbecue and sun loungers.

IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years old staying in vacation homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity and air conditioning: 25 kW per day included, after 0.38 Eur/kW according to consumption.
- Pellet bag 10.00 Eur.
