The beach is just 150 metres away with everything you need within reach such as shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, ...
The house is divided into two floors and offers a space of 120 m² in surface area.
On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen. A guest toilet and the comfortable living room and dining room.
The 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 with 2 single beds) as well as the bathroom with shower bath are located in the upper area.
From the living room, you can access the covered terrace, where there are comfortable garden furniture ready to enjoy your meals outdoors, or simply to enjoy the gathering.
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed via WhatsApp, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3kw/day and person)
