This impressive house with great terraces and private pool is located in Can Picafort and just 300 metres from the beach of Son Bauló. It sleeps 6 guests. This wonderful house has a fantastic private salt swimming pool, - 8 x 4 m and 1 to 1.5 m deep -, 6 sun loungers for sunbathing, as well as several terraces perfectly furnished to prepare delicious barbecues outdoors and enjoy the good weather with an aperitif or a drink. The beach is only 300 metres away, so you can reach it on foot at any time. The terrace has an outdoor shower.
Inside you will find a spacious living-dining room, perfect for organising memorable banquets and relaxing in the company of the SAT-TV. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, everything you need for cooking and a practical table with chairs for a quick coffee or breakfast. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms with air-conditioning, wardrobe and fan, two with two single beds, and the last one with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and air-conditioning. A cot, a high chair, a hairdryer and 5 fans are available. Finally, the independent bathroom of the house is with shower.

great little villa
Had a fantastic stay at the villa, everything very good apart from (if i had to be picky) quite a few mosquitos, so take repellant, and maybe a bit of moderisation inside.

Fantastic outside space, close to beach and amenities
Great outdoor space with more than enough room for everyone.
Pool was fantastic with lovely shade from the citrus trees.
Bathrooms and kitchen could do with an update but they were perfectly serviceable.

Keine Villa, sondern abgewohnter Bungalow
Ich fühlte mich noch nie so betrogen! Die Fotos sind geschönt. Die 207m2-"Villa" ist ein 120m2-Bungalow (15m x 8m Wohngrundfläche), der Wand an Wand zum Nachbarn steht (sehr hellhörig). Das Haus ist eine schlauchartige, dunkle 4-Wohnung. Im Sommer müssen wegen der Hitze alle Fenster geschlossen bleiben, da die Einzimmerklimaanlage kaum die beiden andere Schlafzimmer mit herunterkühlen kann. Die Unterkunft ist sauber aber abgewohnt. Die Küche und ein Schlafzimmer beherbergte Kakerlaken. Das Hauptbadezimmer, stank teuflisch nach Verwesung und musste stets verschlossen bleiben, anderenfalls stank das ganze Haus, wenn man nur einmal die Tür öffnete. Auch der Besitzer konnte bei Vororttermin keine Abhilfe schaffen. Die Adresse bekommt man auch nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen und komplett bezahlter Miete erst 2 Tage vor Ankunft. Wirklich schön ist nur der Pool und die Aussensitzanlagen. Das ist einfach viel zu wenig für den hohen Preis.

Hält nicht was die Hochglanzbilder versprechen
Der Außenbereich ist annähernd so hübsch wie auf den Bildern und im guten Zustand. Leider kann die eigentliche Wohnung hier nicht mithalten. Diese ist doch insbesondere was die Küche und Bäder anbelangt sehr in die Jahre gekommen und verbreitet einen (abgewohnten) 70er Jahre „Charme“. Auch die Elektrik ist teils sehr bedenklich wenn man mit Kindern reist. Wie an so vielen Stellen wurde hier seit Jahrzehnten nichts mehr gemacht und Steckdosen liegen ohne Verkleidung offen in der Wand. Nicht optimal ist auch, dass lediglich ein Raum (eines der Schlafzimmer) im gesamten Apartment über eine Klimaanlage verfügt.
