Großzügiges FeHaus
Das FeHaus ist mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 (kleineren) Duschen/WC gut ausgestattet und die Terrasse bietet viel (schattigen) Platz.
Leider hat es über mehrere Tage sehr stark nach Chemikalien gerochen und die Duschen/Armaturen haben starke Kalkspuren und wirken nicht wirklich sauber.

Schöne Tage auf Mallorca
Da wir nur zu Zweit waren, ist das Haus mit seinen 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern natürlich sehr komfortabel. Für vier Personen wäre es auch noch perfekt! Die Deckenventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern sind super, man kann sie über Nacht bei kleinster Stufe laufen lassen. Sehr leise und sehr angenehm.
Toll ist auch der kleine Supermarkt in direkter Nachbarschaft.
...Leider muss man aber in der Küche ständig gegen Ameisen um sein Essen kämpfen! Man kann absolut nichts Essbares auch nur für 10 Minuten stehenlassen. Der einzig sichere Ort ist der riesige Kühlschrank.
Der geräumige Innenhof ist prima zum Sonnenbaden, Grillen (alles vorhanden) und gemütlichen Abendessen am großen Tisch bestens geeignet.

Schönes Haus in der nähe vom Strand
Mein zweiter Aufenthalt in dem Haus und es hat sich nichts verändert. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Objekt, perfekte Lage
Das Objekt war wie beschrieben, ist in unserem Lieblingsort Son Serra sehr zentral und gut gelegen. Besonders genossen haben wir die drei Terrassen des Hauses: die Sitzgelegenheit vor dem Haus, der schattige Sitzplatz hinter dem Haus im eigenen, geschlossenen Hof und die kleine Dachterrasse mit Blick auf's Meer.

ruhig gelegenes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist in einem schönen kleinen Urlaubsort an der Nordküste gelegen. Im Ort ist alles vorhanden, was man für ruhigere Tage abseits der Touristenhochburgen benötigt. Von der Ausstattung und Aufteilung her war das Haus für uns 6 Personen perfekt. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß, um auch das Gepäck gut zu verstauen. Schränke sind vorhanden. Die Küche ist ebenfalls voll ausgestattet. Im Wohn- und Essbereich haben sechs Personen ausreichend Plaz. Die zwei Bäder verfügen beide über WC, Dusche, Waschbecken und kleinen Schränken zum Verstauen der Waschutensilien. Im Haus war alles sauber. Unserem Eindruck nach, bietet sich das Haus jedoch mehr für die Sommermonate an. Wir waren im Okotober dort. Auch wenn die Temperaturen noch in dem Bereich lagen, in dem man keine Heizung benötigt, so war die Luftfeuchte doch sehr hoch. Im Haus hatten wir daher eine sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit, was auch zu riechen war. Da es unser erster Aufenthalt auf Mallorca war, können wir nicht sagen, ob dies typisch für Ferienhäuser in der Region ist.

schönes Ferienhaus fußläufig zum Strand
Wir waren Ende Juli 2018 im Ferienhaus und haben es sehr genossen. Die Terrasse hinter dem Haus ist sehr groß (mit Überdachung welche für Schatten sorgt). Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und oben auf dem Dach kann man seine Wäsche trocknen. Außerdem kann man den Grill auf der Terrasse nutzen. Der Vermieter José ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit - während unseres Aufenthalts hielt er sich selbst in son serra de marina auf und stand uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite (wir konnten ihn jederzeit über die Agentur erreichen). Das Haus ist groß und bietet Platz für 6 Personen. Wir haben 2 Schlafzimmer (jeweils mit Doppelbett) genutzt (in diesen Zimmern befanden sich Ventilatoren an der Decke) - das 3. Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten und hatte bislang noch keinen Ventilator, welcher aber wohl noch eingebaut werden soll. In der Küche befindet sich eine Spüle mit Doppelspülbecken, Backofen und Herd, 1 Mikrowelle, Toaster sowie eine Vorratskammer in der sogar Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen zu finden waren. Der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer empfängt neben spanischen Sendern auch deutsche Fernsehprogramme - die Couch ist groß und bequem. Die Fenster verfügen sämtlich über Fensterläden. Es gbit 2 Badezimmer - inkl. Dusche + WC (+ Föhn). Wir haben uns hauptsächlich auf der Terrasse des Hauses aufgehalten oder waren am Strand. Der Strand von son serra de marina ist naturbelassen, d.h. er wird nicht gesäubert - nach einem kleinen Tsunami kurz vor unserer Ankunft, war der Strand daher mit angespülten Algen übersät - die Strömung war recht stark und wir hatten anfangs viele Wellen. Daher war der Zugang ins Meer nicht so einfach (vor allem für Kinder) - es gibt auch Felsen und Kiesel am Strand. Ca 1 km von der Wohnung entfernt gibt es einen weiteren Strandabschnitt, der leichter zugänglich ist (in der Nähe der tollen Bar/Restaurant "el sol" in der man auch oft Live-Musik od. DJs genießen kann). Alles in allem ist son serra de marina ein Ort für Menschen die den Urlaub abseits des Massentourismus genießen - hier gibt es nur Ferienhäuser - keine Hotels und viel Ruhe und Erholung. Trotzdem trifft man auch andere Familien mit Kindern am Strand. Uns hat auch der natürliche Strand gut gefallen - man muss es eben mögen - es gibt hier keinerlei Sonnenliegen etc zu mieten ... Die Buchung über die Agentur "villas mar" verlief reibungslos. Unserem Vermieter José, der wirklich sehr nett war, wünschen wir viele Gäste - wir können dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!
