For shared use: property 1'500 m2 (fenced), courtyard, parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, bus stop 1.6 km, sandy beach "Moriani Plage" 800 m. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property. The complex has another 1 house for rent.
