The Hacienda and Spa at Hotel Santa Fe exceeded all expectations. Every staff member we came into contact with went out of their way to ensure my wife, my dog and myself felt welcomed. The accommodations were excellent - I especially enjoyed the fireplace in our room. My only regret is that we were unable to stay longer.

This was our best stay on a two month road trip. I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed this hotel and would give it six stars if I could. The facilities were excellent including a spacious room with a patio. What really made it special was the exceptionably friendly and helpful staff. Very friendly staff. Rooms are cozy and clean. Shuttle service is provided which is very convenient. Many places are within walking distance so either way walking or shuttle it is easy to get around. Our trip was to short but will definitely be back. The hotel lobby is so comfortable and cozy with nice furniture and warm fires and calming music playing in the background. Very peaceful place to enjoy reading, visiting or just relaxing.
