My room wasn’t ready for my 3:00 check in also I went down to check out the casino and was told I would have to wait for security to take me and let me in. I waited for a short time say 10 mins and still no security showed up so I gave up and just went back to my room.

The hotel advise that they provide shuttle to the airport and that they are located 5min away. However, you have to wait 50min for them to come pick you up. The front desk agent is also not help as they do not care when you call and ask about the status update on the shuttle. The breakfast is also super basic with lack of flavor. I wish I could give this hotel a -5 stars.
