A gated and covered patio surrounded by flowers & latilla fencing for privacy, welcomes your arrival. The inside features an expansive space with light filled living & dining rooms, beamed ceilings, fine artwork, wood burning fireplace, spacious kitchen with eating area, separate study, and sunroom. There are three conforming bedrooms and 1 non-conforming bedroom typical of Santa Fe homes. Fifth sleeping area available in sunroom. The property features two baths- one w shower and another with tub & shower. AC units in all bedrooms, new ceiling fans, and 72” flatscreen.
