Ice machines not working. Alot of homeless people about a mile away. No elevator, with 3 levels. Girl at check in was wonderful. Breakfast was ok, average. I would not stay again.

I found the staff to be very helpful and complete. I had an issue with the hair dryer, maintenance resolved the issue and the following day they followed up to make sure it was working well. Out of 3 or 4 ice machines, only 1 was operational.

Front desk staff not very polite. Asked where we could get a drink, if there was a vending. She said no. Asked if there was a convenience store nearby, she said no. There was a store 3 doors down. No maid service, exterior doors don’t work except at the front desk area. Both keys dozing work the second day and the girl said well don’t put them near your phone. My partners key was in his wallet, nowhere near his phone and mine was in the console of my truck nowhere near a phone. Talked to me like I was stupid. Furniture quite worn, I’m sure there was more but I just can’t remember at the moment

It was the worst La Quinta I’d ever been too! Couldn’t get water hot enough to enjoy shower; the mini frig didn’t work; the volume on the TV DID not work and their Continental breakfast was worst for my 2 week trip.

Dated rooms. Stay was 2 nights. The issue I had was I had to get the room key re-activated 3 times. Great inconvenience. Heads up, no housing keeping available either. Get your own towels for sure.

1-The pass keys frequently worked for a few hours or a day and then had to be changed. Wound u9p using 9 different keys. 2- First room had plugged drain in bath and 2 pass keys failed. Were changed to another room. 3- Second room had pass key fail remaining times. 4-Towel rack on bath wall about to fall on someone's head so towels were stacked by wash basin. 5-Tub drained very slowly. 6-TV turned on but no picture. Found TV cable disconnected. 7-First room had clock but second did not. 8-Lever on tub faucet when pulled up would only get about one-half the water to the shower head and the rest continued to go into tub. 9-Front door sagging in frame with 1/2 inch gap at top and 1/2 inch gap on lower jamb. This meant to open door when green light came on it was necessary to struggle to pull door upward because latch was not properly aligned with the latch plate. Difficult job for an older person. 10-Outside of room we could see many places where TLC was needed.

Horrible hotel! We arrived late in the evening and there was no attendant at the desk to check us in. We waited...and nobody ever came. We called...and nobody ever answered. Because no one was there to give us a room, we had to get a room at a different hotel. We have tried ...Apparently no one works at this hotel.
