My stay at the St Francis was very enjoyable. Yes the room is on the small side but it was well appointed. Wonderfully comfortable king size bed and Italian bed linens. It was the perfect spot to end busy days of walking and sightseeing because of the great location and peaceful lobby. Front desk attendants were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was historically gorgeous, happy hour at the bar was so fun and top drawer, the room was plush and South Western charming. All of this one block from the Santa Fe Plaza. It doesn’t get better than this.

Unimpressed overall for a downtown Santa Fe Hotel. Room old and dated and in some disrepair with peeling paint. Spider in bathtub. Older, worn towels. Coffee provided in the lobby in the morning - ran out with a wait time of nearly 10 minutes to provide another carafe. Would not recommend this hotel, nor will we return for another stay.

Perfect stay in Santa Fe

Our stay was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Gabriel and Stephen who helped us with check in, restaurant suggestions, valet and making us feel comfortable and accommodating. Great location in downtown Santa Fe.

The lobby and main areas including the restaurant, bar and wine tasting room was impeccable. The location is perfect. Minutes to walk to most restaurants and shopping. Only complaint was slightly worn carpet with some stains...wood look laminate would have been better and there wasnt really heat per se. The room warmed up at night when we turned off the AC though.
