Rude staff . Rooms are very old and have an ugly smell to them. Once I arrived the front desk two different girls one with thin eyebrows .. and the other with a lot of tattoos with big eyelashes told me not to book through Expedia because it makes it hard on them I’m not sure how that’s my issue and I offered to show them my bookings confirmation and everything they honestly don’t seem to know what their doing . Mind you I wasn’t the only one complaining in regards to staff and the fact old rooms if you can stay away from this ppl after they take your money still with ugly ass attitudes if their so bothered why work there

Front desk is no help at all . Rude and seems like they don’t know what their doing when it comes to point to explain to you bad explaining. Plus saying not to book with Expedia or any 3rd party because it’s complicated on their side . I’ve traveled to many places and this is my first time I’m disappointed with the service I received and also my stay I don’t recommend the hotel itself it’s really old fashioned. Nothing compared to the pictures
