Bella Casa Condominium is ideally suited for 2 couples or friends/family travelingu together. My reviews say it all!
This is an 1100 Sq. Ft. Condo with 2 King bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with 2 dedicated off-street parking spaces , and 2 outdoor private patios. A fully equipped cooks kitchen with gas stove & oven, microwave, outdoor gas grill, full size front loading washer and dryer, iron and board and cleaning supplies. Both bedrooms and the living room have flat screen televisions.
This condo is located on a quiet tree lined residential street in South Capitol, which is one of the oldest and most charming neighborhoods in Santa Fe! Bella Casa has High ceilings with exposed Vigas, a light infused kitchen/living area with views to both front and back outdoor patios, a Kiva fireplace indoors and a Chiminea for those cooler evenings on the Patio. The Highest speed internet available is included, of course.
Bella Casa is in the Old Trails Condominium Complex which was built in 1983 on the site of a former estate & located less than a mile from the center of the Santa Fe Plaza, the Railyard, and Canyon Road. These locations form a Circle on the map for fabulous walking or driving adventures. We are so close to Downtown that St Francis Cathedral’s bells can be heard outside of the condo!
Enjoy the famous Plaza downtown, Galleries, Artist Studios, Museums, Loretto Chapel, the Opera, Music Festivals, Canyon Road, Santa Fe Children's Museum, Meow Wolf, Farmers Markets, and Art Shows along with excellent restaurants, wineries, sunsets, spas, golfing, skiing, fly-fishing, hiking, and cycling. Day trips are easily accomplished throughout Northern New Mexico including Taos, Red River, Los Alamos, multiple Indian Reservations, and Casinos.
The Albuquerque Airport is less than an hour away by car with Santa Fe Airport is south of town but with limited carriers.
The two bedroom spaces are separated with one up 9 steps and one down 8 steps which proves to be especially nice for guest privacy. Both of the bedrooms have King Beds and large closet spaces and hangers.

Wonderful Stay in Santa Fe
My friends and I booked the property for a girls weekend, and it was perfect for us! It was cozy and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beds and bedding were wonderful, and the outdoor spaces were very inviting. The host Diane was very responsive and easy to reach, and she responded quickly to all of my questions. Also, the location is terrific, very close/within walking distance of the plaza. My friends and I loved it and would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Santa Fe property
This was our annual girls trip for three ladies. We thought Diane had everything we needed in the home. I had a question and she answered me immediately. When you walk in you feel automatically warm and at home. The decor is so perfect and I believe the owner has some original artwork on the walls. Colorful and beautiful, just exactly what we had anticipated in New Mexico. It snowed when we were there and there is a cozy Kiva fireplace so we snuggled up with some wine and blankets. Its proximity to the downtown is perfect. If it was a little warmer we would have walked for sure. There are hiking trails and spas and our favorite outing was the Santa Fe cooking school! Planning our next trip soon!!

Perfect Santa Fe Hideaway!
This townhouse is appointed charmingly. There are two quiet outside areas. The bedrooms are dark and quiet. The living areas are comfortable. Diane is on top of all communication. Check in directions were perfectly clear and easy to follow. We were able to walk to the main square, to dinner and to cooking school. Great location.

Comfortable, Charming, and Beautifully Organized Home
Diane has thought of everything for her charming, ideally located home! Bella Casa is wonderfully stocked and perfectly organized (I wish my cupboards looked like hers!) The place is immaculate and full of amenities. My college-age son and I went for a last-minute spring break getaway and loved the quiet neighborhood and easy walk to the Plaza. We especially enjoyed the kiva fireplace and the comfy beds. And it's the little things--the provided firewood, a selection of books, lovely towels--that make for such a comfortable stay. Definitely will return with my husband!

This is a beautiful home in a very convenient location - minutes from downtown plaza. Kelley goes out of her way to communicate and make everything so easy. Unlike other VRBO's we've stayed at she takes the extra steps of providing small conveniences like coffee pods, creamers, spices, paper towels, toilet paper and tin foil -- these seem small but it's so nice not to have to immediately run to the grocery store upon arrival. The house is so comfortable with great areas for relaxing and visiting. The beds were so comfortable! Thank you for allowing us to have a wonderful get away!

pure pleasure!
We have stayed in some nice rentals in the US and abroad but have never felt the TLC we found in Bella Casa in Santa Fe. Owner thought of everything that could possibly make a guest feel at home. We could tell that this place is special to her and that she wants her guests to feel welcome. Even checkout was a breeze...no lists of instructions before leaving, i,e. trash, linens, dishes, etc. I felt the expectation was that we would be responsible enough to leave the place in good shape. What a treat! We hope to return soon!

Fun weekend spot
My husband and I travelled with our friends for a weekend away. The house is charming and decorated well with area items and art work. The kitchen is well stocked. It even had fajita pans! The front and back courtyards were functional and beautiful. The house layout was nice for 2 couples to have their own space. Diane seemed interested in making sure we had what we needed and offered to answer any questions we had. It was clean and I would definitely stay there again.
