The receptionists are very responsive if there are any issues (our AC was looked at late at night and fixed the next morning, and we were offered another room for the night), they readily book taxis for you, and the luggage storage is easy. Beautiful hotel in a perfect, quiet location. The beach is seconds away, via stairs from the pool area. Great choice at breakfast, with delicious food, eaten on terrace overlooking the sea and sunrise.
