Adorable Seabright Bungalow - Steps to the Beach!

This California Craftsman Bungalow on the Santa Cruz Historical Register is beautiful, spotlessly clean, fully furnished and is one house off East Cliff Drive overlooking Seabright Beach.

The location is ideal as it is walking distance to the beach and to numerous Santa Cruz attractions including the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Municipal Wharf, Lighthouse Point and Steamer Lane, and Natural History Museum. Everything you'll need is close by- Verve Coffee Roasters as well as dozens of restaurants including fan-favorites Seabright Brewery, Crow's Nest, and more.

After a fun day out at the beach (umbrella, towels, and chairs provided), rinse off in the private outdoor shower before coming inside to relax by the gas fireplace and watch a movie (Television/ cable included). Make yourself at home in the fully-equipped kitchen as we have provided the basic necessities to make a wonderful homemade meal- Small appliances include coffee maker, blender, & toaster. Fully equipped with dishes, glassware/barware, cooking utensils, and basic spices.

Upstairs, the large Master Bedroom contains a Queen bed, and the other bedroom has 2 twins (both bedrooms have dressers and closets for unpacking!). A 1/2 bath upstairs makes things even more convenient.

There is an impeccably manicured English garden with grass front yard and sideyard concrete patio (including table and chairs for outside dining, if preferred) and Weber barbecue.

This fantastic cottage is loved by all.

This adorable home is steps from the beach. Even though there was lots of rain during our visit it was lovely to cozy up by the fire. Full kitchen allowed us to cook meals at “home”, but there are several great cafe’s restaurants within 0.5 miles. The bed fit my 6’4” spouse comfortably.

Great Little Cottage
We loved this cottage! It is literally steps away from the beach and a short walk to the boardwalk. Everything was so clean and comfortable for us. It was great to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. I 💯 recommend!

Family Time
Our stay at Laurie's darling cottage was wonderful! Beautiful landscaping and the striking double red front doors greet you. When you enter the home the charm continues with the decor and cozy cottage feel. We found the kitchen had everything we needed; even very nice plates and glass wear, which we appreciated. It was great being so close to Seabright Beach and Santa Cruz Museum of Natural History. At night it was a little noisy at times with people going down to the beach, but it was not too bad. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to another visit to this charming cottage! Thank you Laurie!

25th anniversary California road trip
Beautiful cozy home! Laurie was very helpful and was so kind to get us charcoal and lighter fluid for our dinner. Location was super convenient, within walking distance to amusement park and pier. We enjoyed falling asleep listening to the surf and sea lions. Outdoor spaces was as beautiful as the interior.
