One of the most comfortable rentals we've ever stayed in. Very well stocked house with every day living items. Wonderfully stocked kitchen with lots of plates, utensils, cups and everything needed for baking or cooking. There was not one time I needed something and didn't find it! I have tends, but the house was well stocked with items for younger children. Comfortable beds, nice linens, blankets for the couches. Outside patio and grill were in great shape. The splits in every room kept the temperature perfect during the warmer weather. The road noise was negligible, and not a problem at night.TV's were easy, streaming included. Games in the living room cabinet. Secure doors and windows. Management company/owners were very commincative and responsive. Easy check out.Would absolutely stay again and recommend.

The house was great with lots of outside and inside areas for hanging out. There is only bar counter seating inside but two large tables outside are good when gathering for meals. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for cooking meals in. Perfect location between Santa Cruz and Capitola and within walking to the beach. The rental company was very responsive and helpful.
