Hotel was very clean. The All inclusive was very confusing and the times that you could eat in some restaurants was also confusing. The food in the buffet restaurant breakfast was very nice lunch time was ok but the evening was the same every night. If you liked salad you would be ok. Sometimes it took a long time to get a drink as you are not able to go to the bar to get one yourself and had to wait for a member of staff to see you waiting. The weather was not that kind (out of the Hotels control) nothing to do when
not able to sit by pool. Nothing much to do around area either bit too quite. Hotel had a shuttle bus to The Hard rock which we used but the taxi back was expensive so could not afford to do that all the time. Went on a trip booked through Hotel to the Volcano and 3 villages which saw the Northern side of the island which was vey good although when it came to lunch and the recommendation of the tour guide to eat in the restaurant set meal I would not recommend. All in all we had a good break feel relaxed but would not visit again.
