When we checked in, we were not told that there would be a $100 refundable.Fee return to us in up to ten days. There was no use of the t.V , no local channels for us to view and no passwords for the apps that were available, There was no microwave to help us heat.\nOur food, The\nShower looked like it was wiped down with dirty towels and very unclean. .

The Manager, Orlando, was extremely helpful and even checked on me because I was very sick. He brought me ice and coffee when zi could barely get out of bed. Amenities were great and the bed was extremely comfortable. Got a vheap rate

Room very clean , front desk manager was so accommodating very helpful of what to do in town where to eat Ect. Only 1 thing is that a fluffy pillow or maybe 2 pillows would have been great but I also didn’t ask for an extra pillow. Location to State Street shops and restaurants was excellent.

No fridge. No microwave. First room had a door that opened even if you didn't use a key card. 2nd room I was placed so far away from the office even though there were numerous empty rooms that were closer. Some lights not working, making some dark hallways. At least the room was clean.
