Modern Vintage Bungalow with a classic Hampton's Charm
Nestled in the Riveria, this darling downtown bungalow on a quiet cul-de-sac is set above the street. It's a cozy 2 bedroom home, both with ensuite remodeled baths - completely updated but still retains some of its vintage charm. The kitchen has stainless appliances & a pantry. The 1st bedroom & bath has couch with a pullout queen mattress with a walk-in shower, stone countertop, washer/dryer & French doors to the deck. The 2nd bedroom also has French doors & a claw foot shower/tub in the bath. With a covered front porch, gas fireplace in the living room, lots of windows, fresh paint inside & AC for the summer months. The private yard has a hot tub, exotic bamboo fencing, beautiful landscaping & French drains in place. Garage is off limits.
