Situated on a meticulous golf course for evening strolls around the lake w your furry friends… This family and pet friendly home is a traditional ranch style with farmhouse decor on a 1 acre property. Serene and beautiful lake across the street and overlooking the 18th green!
Our front walkway is lined with gorgeous flowers and leads to a front porch with swing and rocker. Enter the home to an open concept kitchen dining and sitting area. Chefs kitchen with Wolf range, Subzero and walk in pantry. Massive kitchen island with edge cut cutting board. Wood burning and gas fireplace in living room adjacent to main area with double sliders leading out to a large deck. Family room down the hall is cozy with brick floor and additional large TV with board games and Pac-Man machine.
3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and 1 bedroom with full bathroom and tub plus powder room. Entire home was remodeled 6 years ago. Expansive 1500 sf of outdoor decks with plenty of seating, bbq, fire pits, ping pong, bocce ball court and new hot tub in Dec 2024. Indoor wood burning fireplace(wood on property), instant hot water, bottled cold water dispenser in walk in pantry included.
