The Neighborhood:
Location was specifically chosen because of its ideal proximity to South Coast Plaza, Irvine, Segerstrom Center for The Arts, Noguchi Garden, and the new home to the Orange County Museum of Art. At our apartments near Irvine, you’ll always be inspired here. We’re also about natural inspiration. Get your nature on at the Bay Back Loop Trail or catch some fresh waves at Newport Beach, The Wedge, or HB. Local favorites we love for shopping, dining, and hanging out include the SOCO Farmers’ Market, The Lab Anti-Mall, and The Camp. As for educational and career boosts, UCI and Orange Coast College are only a short drive away. And for all you jet setters out there, John Wayne Airport is nice and convenient. Getting around locally is no problem, with easy access to the 405, 55, and 73 as well.

Getting Around:
Our superb location makes exploring Irvine, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach OC and LA easier than ever. The apartment is 2 mins walk to Jamboree Diamond. For guests who want to travel to other areas:

1 mile - 2 mins drive (20 mins walk) to South Coast shopping plaza.

0.6 Mile - 1 min drive ( 10 mins walk) to Segerstrom Stage

2.4 mile - 5 mins drive to Santa Ana airport.

12 miles - 20 mins drive to Disneyland and Anaheim Convention Center

8 miles - 15 mins to Newport Beach

1.9 Miles - 7 Mins drive to the LAB Anti-Mall

5 mins drive to 5 and 405 freeways.

40 mins drive to LAX

25 mins drive to Laguna Beach

- Please note that this is a residential community. Since you are not on a long-term lease, the onsite staff and leasing office are not equipped or authorized to assist you. Please be sure to reach out directly to us, your hosts, so we may resolve any issue should one arise.

- Remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. We do have neighbors; therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site.

Interaction with Guests:
After you've completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation message followed by an email with your step-by-step self check-in instructions on how to get there, where to park, and how to find the unit.

Additionally, we're happy to assist you with any questions or give you tips regarding your visit, if you like. However, the unit is all yours and you will not be disturbed unless you contact us.
