Another fantastic home from AnaheimVacationHouse!. Visit our Beautiful Pool Home, perfectly set up for 4+ families. Our home is designer-decorated and renovated from the inside out.

On the first floor, you will find a beautiful kitchen with new cabinets, all-new black stainless steel appliances ( stove/oven, refrigerator w/3 choices of ice, microwave, and dishwasher) granite countertops, and a laundry room in the pantry. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining room table for 10 and sit-up counter for 2 and a large screen smart TV. The home features 1 King Master Bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, 1 Cal King Bedroom with a Jack 'n Jill bathroom (shared w/kitchen area), 1 Cal-King Bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom, and 1 additional bathroom in the hall, and a supersized family room. Rental features bonus private detached Casita with Cal-King bed and w/own full-size bathroom adjacent to pool. Most of the first floor is LVP flooring and the bedrooms all have carpet. The second floor enters into a loft game room (with a sectional sofa that has a queen sleeper sofa) and leads to a children's bedroom with full over full bunk beds and twin trundle underneath. All bedrooms have 55''+ LCD Smart TVs. The bathrooms are beautifully upgraded with granite/travertine/porcelain counters and tiled showers.

Family room & Dining room has a 70" LCD TV w/DVD player . Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is included. Master has 65" & Loft & backroom

Relax in our sparkling pool with Jacuzzi in the rear yard. outdoor living area set and dining set. Pergola with retractable awning. We monitor and control the temperature for you remotely from our office to make sure it will be on and to the temperature when you arrive. Enjoy our outdoor seating and propane BBQ Grill. 6-7 miles to Disneyland and about 6-7 miles to Anaheim Convention Center.

This house SLEEPS 19 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 20 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors)
Maximum Vehicles 5-6.
The city has a 10 pm Outside noise ordinance. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.

A refundable $500 security deposit is due at the time of booking.

Extra screening and proof of payment are required for bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival. The cardholder's name and address must match the booking's details. If there is a mismatch, last-minute bookings will be rejected. To complete the process, please ensure the following: - Successful completion of ID screening through GuestRanger, A screenshot showing our charge as "pending" in your online account (you may redact all other details), and a copy of the credit card used for payment, with all card numbers concealed except for the last four digits.

Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee, pool heated to 82, and Jacuzzi to 102. waterfalls.

30 Night Minimum

All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant.

These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. If you reside within 100 miles of Disneyland, there will be an extra $500 security deposit to ensure city rules and regulations are kept. Additionally, houses are protected with Security Cameras. There are NO inside cameras.

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is; suspicious of fraudulent behavior, determined to be made under any false pretenses, or for any purposes that would violate city/state or federal law. We also reserve the right to cancel the reservation(s) of ANY booking with technical error(s) that includes but is not limited to; pricing, website difficulties, or any other issue that may arise in the booking stage of a reservation.
