Amazing views, lots of space- cute village
We (husband, wife, 3 adult “children”) stayed here mid-May for 1 week. The space is how it appears in the pictures. There was so much room and everyone comfortably had their own area. The outdoor area and pool were lovely. Fantastic views. We did have a car - maneuvering in tight areas and on the hills was challenging, but doable. We took the train in to Barcelona 1 day - it was well over an hour including walking time and cost 50 Euro for 5 of us. So the following days we drove to Barcelona - more like 35-40 minutes. Parking was 3-4 Euro an hour.We walked to the beaches in Calella 2 of the days - that was a great time. Bar/restaurants right on the beach, very reasonably priced. Also can get loungers and umbrellas for 7 Euro for each. Do bring or buy beach towels as those are not provided at the home. We walked a lot and don’t mind walking - for those with mobility issues - there are some steep hills. My husband and I walked to a little cafe in San Pol de Mar most mornings and had coffee. Also markets within walking distance as well. We made supper in the home 2 of the nights - food at the markets were fresh and tasted fantastic, we had what we needed to cook in the kitchen. We drove into Calella a few evenings - parking was difficult especially on the weekend. But the bars, pizza places, tapas places were lively and fun. We tried to pick less touristy places. We had an enjoyable time and I would choose to stay here again with my family.
