It is located on the second floor with an elevator and views of the beautiful Plaza del Tint from the terrace equipped with outdoor furniture. It has a large communal area on the rooftop with a swimming pool, hammocks for sunbathing and a chill out area. The bedroom has a double bed and in the living room there is a very large sofa bed (1,60x2m). There is a complete bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning in all rooms, heating, TV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi throughout the establishment and free private parking space. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with the option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. The documentation will be requested at the check in. The minimum stay is 32 nights. We will be at your disposal almost 24 hours a day for anything you may need during your stay.
