Spacious and bright house for 5 people, with wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea, fully air-conditioned, located in a quiet urbanization with swimming pool and communal gardens. Located 8 minutes by car from the fabulous beach of Vilanova i la Geltrú and its other extensive shallow beaches, perfect for a family holiday.
Supermarkets (Aldi and Caprabo) at 3 minutes by car. You can easily go to the area of Villafranca del Penedés known for its vineyards and cavas.
The house has 3 bedrooms.
The main bedroom is located on the first floor. It has a double bed 140x190, private bathroom and a nice terrace where you can sunbathe or rest.
On the first floor there are two other rooms with single beds of 135x190 and a bathroom shared by the two rooms with bathtub.
The living-dining room is a pleasant space to watch TV and share with family or friends.
The kitchen is fully equipped and is located next to a terrace where you can have a nice breakfast in the open air or enjoy an afternoon in the fresh air.

Tolles Haus in schöner Lage mit Meerblick
Hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und liegt in einer Wohnlage. Vin der Terrasse hat man einen sehr schönen Blick. Vom Haus läuft man einen kurzen Weg zum Pool, den wir aufgrund der Jahreszeit nicht genutzt haben. Wir waren mehrmals in Barcelona. Vom Haus sind die Bahnstationen in Sitges und Vilanova schnell erreichbar.Der Kontakt mit Andrea von der Ferienhausagentur war einfach, sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Andrea hat uns am Haus sehr nett begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt. Vilabova
