Amazing modern 80m2 apartment located just 70 metres away from the crystal clear waters of the beach of Cala Millor. The apartment was totally renovated in 2016 and has all the comforts of modern housing, such as wooden floors, aluminium windows with double glazing, balcony with glass balustrade, air conditioning and central heating, fully renovated and fully furnished bathroom and kitchen, laundry, flat screen TV in all rooms including the bedrooms, Wi-Fi and Parking etc. In addition to this, we must highlight the amazing location and views, because these are totally unbeatable! Situated on the 6th floor and on centre front row of Cala Millor beach, you can enjoy majestic sea views from all the main rooms and outbuildings giving you the impression of being on a boat rather than in a house!

Great apartment, helpful host.

Clean, simple, great location overlooking beach at top of block. Water pressure came in pulses but was not a problem once used to it.

Great location/ Great Apt

Our family was greeted by Xavi- the property manager- who graciously accommodated our need to drop off our bags before check in so that we could start exploring the city upon arrival. Xavi was friendly and helpful. The apt was spacious and clean and in a great location. We were very happy with our stay. One small point for those guests for whom AC is very important. Although it advertised AC there was only one unit in the main room. While we were lucky that the temperatures were fairly moderate during our stay, had it been really hot I don’t think the unit would have comfortably cooled the bedrooms. That said we were fine during our stay.

Stunning Apartment

This property is in a fantastic location in a quieter area of Cala Millor with such a great view of the beautiful sea. The apartment was spotless and provided everything we needed. Tony also was very helpful and gave us recommendations on local restaurants. Thanks for a great stay in an amazing apartment. We shall be highly recommending and certainly be returning.

Amazing property

Property was so lovely and clean and such a great view off the beautiful sea. Everything in the apartment was great even down to the towels, would not hesitate to go back again Tony also was very helpful on our arrival a great host. Thanks for a great stay in a great appartment.

Great stay

We spent just under 7 weeks here and can not praise the apartment or the owner enough. The photographs shown on the website provide a true representation. It is in a fabulous location with great views from every window. Everything you need for your stay with Tony a genial host just a phone call away should you find a need to contact him. We had a slight leak under the wash basin in the bathroom which was repaired the same day by Tony's very efficient and pleasant staff. It did go cold in the evenings (we were there in January & February) but the hot air heating kept us warm. We would recommend this property without hesitation.

Хорошая квартира в прекрасном месте. Восхитительный вид на море из всех комнат. Всегда есть ветерок или ветер,6 этаж все таки.Всегда слышно море и это здорово. На пляже рядом с домом всегда есть место,в отличие от пляжа ближе к центру. пляж хороший,чистый. Улица для гуляния длинная и широкая в 100 м от береговой линии. По набережной идет пешеходная и велосипедная дорожки. В километре от дома три супермаркета( Mercadona, Lidl и ещё один). Хозяин веселый,общительный. К квартире прилагается приватная парковка на территории,что для нас было очень удобно,так как мы брали в аренду автомобиль.В квартире есть кондиционер,но мы им не пользовались,так как ветерок с запахом моря гораздо приятннее. Очень здорово сидеть с бокалом вина на балконе и медитировать под шум волн. Солнце на восходе светит в квартиру,но после 12 приходит тень и это очень комфортно,потому что можно укрыться от зноя с 13 до 16. Внизу есть магазинчики и кафешки,но мы готовили еду дома. В целом получился прекрасный отдых,советую это место. Мы отдыхали в пятером с двумя детьми 1 и 7 лет. По нашей просьбе Тони привез детскую кроватку-манеж ,где спал наш малыш. В такое место хочется вернуться.

Absolutely stunning views. And gorgeous apartment

Myself and my daughter were having our very first girlie trip away on our own with my sister in law and niece . Toni was fab and came to meet us with the keys to the apartment he then recommended some wonderful little restaurants and bars. We felt totally safe and had a great trip .. the pictures don’t do this apartment or the views justice. And Toni couldn’t have been more helpful. Will definitely be back

Perfection

We have just returned from a week's holiday and couldn't have chosen more perfectly if we had tried. The apartment is so much more beautiful in real life than what the pictures do justice. Excellent quality of fittings and the location is just simply wow! Cala Millor is such a beautiful, all round family friendly resort. The locals have been the friendliest we have come across in Majorca. Tony, the owner was so courteous and helpful on our day of arrival. Everything was so perfect we didn't notice the week going in. We highly recommend and one thing for certain is that we shall definitely be returning.

We have just returned from two weeks staying in this lovely apartment. We are new to self catering and we were not disappointed. When we arrived, Tony, the owner, was waiting for us. His English is excellent and what a nice person he is! He spent time chatting to us and explaining where everything was and encouraged us to contact him should we need anything. The apartment itself has everything from crockery, cutlery and utensils to washing machine and tumble dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker and orange juicer. It was also spotlessly clean. There are plenty of towels provided for both the beach and showering. The view from the balcony is wonderful and we could sunbathe there all morning if we wanted to. This end of Cala Millor is the quieter end and the visitors here are almost entirely German. The beach is literally 2 minutes away but is stoney so we went further up the beach where it was easier getting in and out of the sea. All in all a fantastic apartment with the only downside being that the TV catered only for the Spanish and German guests apart from BBC World News. This wasn't a problem for us however. We just didn't use the Tv's. There is a DVD player but not sure if it's the same region as the UK. Thank you Tony. We would thoroughly recommend your apartment. We had a relaxing time and loved the apartment and will no doubt return.

Apartment mit Wohlfühlgarantie

Das Apartment ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet, sauber und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Wir haben es genau so vorgefunden, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Auch für große Menschen mit 1,90 Meter ist die Dusche sehr gut geeignet. Der Ausblick auf den Strand von Cala Millor und das Meer ist traumhaft. Anreise und Schlüsselübergabe klappte absolut problemlos. Der Kontakt zu Toni war sehr gut. Er hat sich wirklich um alles!!! gekümmert. Dafür möchten wir uns sehr herzlich bedanken. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!!

ATTRAPE TOURISTES

Point positifs:Très Belles vues spectaculaires,bien placé,parking couvert. Points négatifs:Équipements de mauvaise qualité Réfrigérateur avec des couches de glaces et très dur à ouvrir... Ustensiles de cuisine strict minimum (saladiers en plastique....) Pour 90 € de ménage sur un séjour de 3 semaines pas de ménage intermédiaire Prix bien trop élevé par rapport aux prestations 180€/jour le prix d'un hôtel 4 étoiles avec petit déjeuner et vue sur mers Pallafruguel par exemple Un peu "Attrape nigauds". Toni est très gentil mais le premier jour il nous a laissé avec la femme de ménage qui ne parlait pas français et n'a même pas pris le temps de nous expliquer les rudiments de l'appartement. Je sais vous allez dire que les français sont jamais content mais nous avons l'habitude de réserver sur cette plateforme et a ce prix et avec une note a 5 on s'attend à autre chose.... Je pense aussi que les appartements rénovés sont bien les premières années mais ensuite s'ils ne sont pas de bonne qualite ils se dégradent très vite sans entretien par contre le prix est toujours le même .. Garage n'est pas un garage mais un petit local vélo commun pour toute la résidence Et pour finir le séjour concert de marteaux piqueurs Un séjour a oublier Point a préciser sur cala millor: Plage avec rochers dangereux plus de sable et des algues

Mehr Meerblick geht nicht!

Es ist schwierig nach 90 guten Bewertungen etwas neues noch zu schreiben. Wir können nur alles bestätigen. Als wir das erste Mal in die Wohnung kamen, hat uns der Blick aufs Meer überwältigt und das blieb so. Mit Blick auf Menorca durften wir 20 Mal den Sonnenaufgang erleben und auf dem Balkon frühstücken und das im März. Die Betten waren spitze und im Nebenraum waren eine Waschmaschine und sogar ein Trockner. Wir landeten bereits um 8.00 Uhr in Palma und durften bereits um 10.00 Uhr in die Wohnung. Das hat uns sehr gefreut und war eine schöne Einstimmung in den Urlaub. Der überdachte Parkplatz im Hof war sehr angenehm. Toni ist wirklich sehr sympathisch. Er ist immer telefonisch erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal.

Einzigartiges Apartment

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub in Tonis Appartement. Es ist alles super sauber und modern eingerichtet. Man hat alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Küche perfekt eingerichtet. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist herrlich und wir konnten sogar im Februar öfters dort frühstücken. Meeresrauschen beim Frühstück! Was will man mehr. Die Lage des Appartements ist perfekt. Im Supermarkt unten im gleichen Gebäude bekommt man alles, sogar frische Brötchen, die auch schmecken. Für größere Einkäufe empfehle ich Aldi, der ganz in der Nähe ist. Gerne waren wir auch im Carrefour. Toni ist der beste Vermieter, den wir je hatten. Sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar . Er stand uns während der gesamten Zeit gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. An dieser Stelle nochmals vielen Dank an Toni. Auch das check in war unkompliziert. Wir können das Appartement auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Schöne Basis für "winterliche" Erkundung der Insel Mallorca

Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern 14/11) haben uns bewusst dazu entschieden, die Insel Mallorca zum ersten Mal im Winter zu besuchen - fern vom sommerlichen Massentourismus. Die 7 Tage Anfang Februar waren von Sonnenschein und Temperaturen um 20 Grad geprägt. Der Ausblick aus dem Apartment ist sehr schön und die Bilder in der Objektbeschreibung entsprechen der Realität. Da wir jeden Tag mit einem Mietwagen auf der Insel unterwegs waren, haben wir das Apartment quasi als Basis genutzt. Schlafen, Frühstücken, Abendessen. Auch in der Wintersaison waren in der Umgebung ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (Antonio) war vor und während dem Aufenthalt sehr gut - danke Toni! Die Klimaanlage kann auch zum Heizen genutzt werden, so das - wie man dies aus Hotels kennt - ein Gebläse zum Einsatz kommt. Das macht die Wohnung auch im "Winter" mit verschiedenen Geräuschstärken angenehm warm, obwohl die Fensterdichtungen eher auf mediteranes Sommerklima ausgelegt sind. Würden wir im Sommer Mallorca besuchen? Nein, da ist die Insel wahrscheinlich sehr voll. Würden wir im Winter noch mal in das gleiche Apartment kommen, um die Insel nach den ersten 1.300 Autokilometern weiter zu erkunden: definitiv ja. Fazit: Mit dem Apartment und dem Vermieter Toni kann man nichts falsch machen.

Traumhafte Wohnung in bester Lage!!

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub über Weihnachten! Toni ist ein sehr netter und sympathischer Gastgeber. Wir sind jedes Jahr über Weihnachten in Cala Millor, aber so einen wunderschönen Ausblick, von allen Fenstern der Wohnung (direkt aufs Meer), hatten wir noch nie! Nachts konnte man bei geöffneten Fenstern das Meer rauschen hören, ansonsten war es absolut still im Haus! Alles war absolut sauber und perfekt eingerichtet! Der WLAN Empfang war sehr gut! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand

Wir können diese Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen. Die Lage und die Aussicht auf das Meer ist fantastisch. Alles ist genau so wie beschrieben. Der überdachte Parkplatz im Hof ist auch ein zusätzliches Plus. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Toni, unser Gastgeber, ist sehr nett, war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Danke nochmal.

Viel zu kurz

Wir waren rundherum sehr zufrieden. Die Fewo ist wirklich zu empfehlen, sämtliche Angaben bzgl. Lage, Ausstattung, usw. waren zutreffend. Sollte Mallorca wieder auf unserem Reiseplan stehen, dann wieder in diese Wohnung. Dank an Tony für die tolle Betreuung.

Todo estupendo

Nuestro viaje ha sido estupendo, mas aun en un alojamiento como el de Tony, con unas vistas magnicas a cala Millor, en primera linea de playa. El piso contaba con todos los detalles y todas las comodidades poibles, seguro q volveremos a repetir.
