Splendid and comfortable Villa in the countryside of Ibiza

Holiday home with pool - for up to 6 adults + 1 child. An elegant and comfortable villa in Ibiza that is the ideal home away from home, with modern, bright and spacious rooms, and comfortable furniture to lie down and relax. Your privacy and peace are assured, since the house is completely fenced and is located in a quiet area.
INSIDE
There are 3 bedrooms with air conditioning: 2 doubles and one with double beds; the owners can also add an extra for children if needed. All bedrooms face the balcony where there is extra seating and an area to relax, an ideal place for everyone to gather. There is a fully equipped kitchen, many spaces to relax and Wi-Fi throughout the house.
EXTERIOR
The exterior has been specially adapted for young children. There is a fenced pool and a special playground for children, and there is a basket if you want to refine your aim.
Next to the pool there are sun loungers and an area with platform and in the garden there is a barbecue for outdoor dining, especially suitable for hot summer nights. You will also find shady areas to relax and many orange trees to walk between them.
ENVIRONMENT
The house offers views of nature around San Lorenzo and is very close to the "mile of restaurants", famous for its diversity of excellent country restaurants. Beach resorts are 10-15 minutes away by car. Santa Eulalia is nearby and the city of Ibiza is only 20 minutes away by car.

Such a wonderful stay!!

This house is Amazing! Even better than the pictures…the space outside is great for kids, very safe and modern. We loves that the pool was enclosed and the view of the lemon trees was just magical. Tony is a great host and made us feel welcome! We will defenetely book again Muchas gracias Toni

Très bon séjour dans une très belle Villa à Ibiza

2 semaines de vacances à Ibiza et dans la belle maison de Tony. Très bonnes prestations globales. La maison est très bien équipée : Clim, ventilateur, Tv, wifi…. La cuisine est très bien équipée avec pleins de vaisselle et verres. Les extérieurs sont très agréable pour apéros, dîners et BBQs. La piscine est très bien exposée, sécurisée. L’environnement est très très calme, avec des petites routes pour le running. 15 mins des plages, 5mins des petits commerces, et qqs mins de restaurants. Et surtout le panier de basket pour grand et moins grand. Tony toujours disponible si besoin. C’était parfait!

Top Finca, super netter Gastgeber, toller Urlaub!

Rundum gelungener Urlaub, Top Finca, zentral im Norden, schön gelegen, ringsrum Natur, man ist für sich. Dennoch gute Infrastruktur gegeben, Einkaufen, Bäcker, Metzger und Restaurants fussläufig. Man benötigt aber ein Auto. Mit diesem kommt man leicht in nette kleine Ort und tolle Strände im Nordosten auch auch Nordwesten. Die Finca selbst hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Gute Ausstattung, toller Pool, überdachter BBQ Platz , Terrasse auch überdacht. Für die sportlichen Aktivitäten ist auch gesorgt, Tischtennis, Basketball, Dart, Stepper, etc, Top Pool mit 6 Liegen und 3 großen Schirmen. Toni ist ein super Gastgeber, immer erreichbar schon vor der Reise. Es hat an Nichts gefehlt. Immer gerne wieder. TOP!
