Sejour chez Emanuela

Super accueil , tres disponible.Emanuela est tres attentionnee . La maison est tres sympa, belle vue sur la mer. A noter quand meme que l'acces a la maison est tres compliquée,pente tres raide et etroite. Une climatisation serait souhaitable, les ventilateurs ne sont pas suffisants en cas de grosses chaleurs.

Emmanuela.,la propriétaire est charmante. Certains appareils ménagers sont un peu vieillots. Le gros soucis est la côte pour arriver qui est très raide pour des personnes non sportives. Ceci devrait être précisé dans l'annonce. Autrement tres bon séjour

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans cette agréable et confortable maison avec vue magnifique mais qui se mérite les 100 derniers mètres sont très pentus ! Très appréciable la propreté des lieux, le confort de la literie et pouvoir dormir les fenêtres ouvertes sans crainte des moustiques . C'est une excellente base pour découvrir la région avec ses magnifique village et la cote sublime. Schöner Urlaub

Alles in Ordnung! Von der An bis zur Abreise hat alles geklappt. Großes Lob an Emanuela! Einzig die schmale,steile,und kurvige Zufahrt zum Parkplatz ist durchaus eine Herausforderung.Das ist halt Ligurien! Zum Strand und in die City kann man in 1 Stunde gut laufen,zumal die Parkplätze begrenzt sind.Fit sollte man schon sein,weil man zurück den Berg wieder hoch muss.Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend.Gelegentliches Hundegebell hat uns nicht gestört.Tolle Aussicht vom Freisitz.Die ein oder andere Pfanne in der Küche könnte man mal austauschen.Insgesamt ist die Ausstattung gut.Die Wohnung ist auch schön eingerichtet! Toll ist auch der Radweg an der Küste entlang.Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt!

Siamo stati accolti dalla simpaticissima e gentilissima Emanuela!!! La Mariolina dona una vista bellissima sul mare, ben arredata e pulitissima! Non ci ha mancato niente. Siamo stati veramente a nostro agio e Emanuela ci ha dato ottimi consigli su dove mangiare e posti da visitare! Grazie cara Emanuela per le belle giornate trascorse alla Mariolina, la bella decorazione natalizia e le bontà!!! Un abbraccio e torneremo!!!

Herrlicher Aufenthalt in Traumhafter Villa

Wir haben unseren 8 tägigen Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Haus entspricht den Beschreibungen, ist sauber, und absolut super gelegen. Man hört so gut wie nichts von der Hektik der Stadt - obwohl man nur 10 Gehminuten von der Hauptstraße entfernt ist. Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, kann man in 20 Minuten im Zentrum sein, und muss nicht einmal an der Straße laufen (es gibt einen kleinen Weg direkt hinunter, und man ist dann in 2 Minuten auf dem großen Fahrradweg (ehemalige Zugstrecke) und kann entspannt in die Stadt laufen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Vielen Dank Emanuela!

Das Ferienhaus hat eine wunderbare Lage mit Ausblich auf das Meer. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Besitzer bei Bedarf schnell erreichbar. Das Haus ist mit allen nötigen gut Ausgestattet. The house has a wonderful location with sea view. The location is very quiet. Owner quickly accessible if needed. The house is equipped with all necessary well.

Maison confortable avec vue imprenable sur la méditerranée

Maison très agréable sur les hauteurs de San Remo. Intérieur confortable et linge de maison fourni. Appréciable. Propriétaire disponible rapidement si besoin et sympathique. Maison située à proximité du centre ville à pieds, à condition d'avoir une bonne condition physique car accès à la maison très pentu. Prévoir petit véhicule ou scooter pour se déplacer plus facilement car circulation très dense en août. Activités variées : mer (plages payantes et de gallets majoritairement), découvertes culturelles, villages de montagne dans l'arrière pays, vélo sur la magnifique piste cyclable et pietonnière le long de la riviera dei fiori ou shopping. Soleil et chaleur pendant les 15 jours. Belle découverte en famille.

La casa è collocata in collina con una bellissima vista, è meglio avere la macchina o una moto perché pur essendo vicino al centro la salita è ripida. L'appartamento è curato, pulito e con tutti i confort, la proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile, noi ci siamo trovati proprio bene, consigliata.
