Personel inanılmaz ilgiliydi.Ütü istedim kendileri ütülemek istedi. Oda tertemiz ve kullanışlıydı. Rahat etmeniz için her şey düşünülmüş. Mini buzdolabı, kettle vardı ve birkaç içecek ücretsizdi.Kahvaltı muhteşemdi, her oda için ayrı ayrı serpme kahvaltı hazırlanmıştı. O kadar memnun kaldık ki bir daha Şanlıurfa'ya gelsek yine Sefertepe'de kalırız. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Otel Şanlıurfa çekim merkezlerinin hepsine yürüme mesafesinde, bir gece konakladık arkadaşlarımızla. Hizmet kalitesi, çalışanların ilgisi ve nezaketi, ortam, odaların temizliği harikaydı. Sabah kahvaltımız avluda hazırlandı, çok güzel bir deneyimdi. Tavsiyedir.

Güleryüz ve kaliteli hizmet

Konaklama ile ilgili sizi arayıp bilgilendiriyorlar. İşletmeciler güler yüzlü. Şubat ayında gidince biraz soğuk oluyor. Klimayı önceden açıp odayı ısıtmışlardı ama klima akşama doğru çok fayda etmiyor ekstra olarak ısıtıcı vermişlerdi. Buradan Ömer'e selamlarımı yolluyorum. Çok ilgilenmişti bizimle. Konum olarak merkeze çok yakın. 15-20 dakika yürüyerek balıklıgöl'e ulaşabilirsiniz. En büyük sorun park yeri. Otele yakın bir otopark var ama güvenilmez. Yaklaşık 10 dakika yürüme mesafesinde başka bir otoparka bırakmıştım aracımı.
