The estate consists of five independent holiday apartments with accommodation for up to 25 guests. It is located right on the banks of the Guadiana River, on the Portuguese border, directly facing the charming village of Alcoutim and Portugal’s beautiful Algarve region.

It's the ideal place to relax with family and friends or celebrate special occasions in a unique setting.

Each apartment features 2 bedrooms, 4 single beds, and a sofa bed, along with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a spacious terrace overlooking the estate and the river. Guests can enjoy a fireplace, Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, heating, and air conditioning. The kitchens are equipped with cookware, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and ceramic hob. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The shared areas include a unique central building with a large communal lounge featuring a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, barbecue facilities, a spacious outdoor terrace, and a saltwater pool with stunning views of the river and Portugal.

You can even arrive by boat and use our private dock, from where you can cross to Portugal with the exclusive local boatman service.

All apartments and common areas are tastefully decorated and designed to offer maximum comfort. The estate is perfect for family gatherings, groups of friends, retreats, and all kinds of celebrations and events.

Enjoy complete peace and relaxation surrounded by nature, while being only 300 meters from the picturesque villages of Sanlúcar de Guadiana and Alcoutim, which can be reached by water taxi or private boat.

Fun is guaranteed with the famous cross-border zipline, river sports and activities, as well as hiking and mountain biking routes along the Guadiana Greenway, which starts right at the entrance of the estate.

UNA EXPERIENCIA PARA REPETIR

Todo estuvo genial! nos encanto el entorno, las instalaciones, todo estaba muy equipado y preparado para grandes grupos y eso hace que la experiencia sea completa ya que el sitio es de ensueño. Me gustaría destacar es la profesionalidad y discreción de Marga (la gobernanta de la finca), una señora tolerante, educada y respetuosa y por poner alguna pega los trabajadores que se encargan de los jardines y huerto no paran de aparecer y es difícil tener intimidad con ellos ya que estaban allí a todas horas y varias veces al día. En mi opinión podían hacer las labores pertinentes a primera hora del día (como hacia Marga) y de esa forma los huéspedes tendría mucha mas intimidad y privacidad.

Finca muy nueva y muy bien cuidada. La zona es genial para relajarse y disfrutar del entorno y la naturaleza. Individualmente cada apartamento tiene cocina de sobra. Quizá por poner algún pero, sería tener una cocina un poco mejor preparada para grupos grandes. Ya q individualmente cada apartamento tiene cocina de sobra.

La poco conocida zona del Andévalo, la proximidad con Portugal, la experiencia de la tirolina,... todo son extras para una estancia inolvidable! Nada que añadir, ya que están mejorando continuamente!
