Private: property 500 m2. Children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: WiFi, sauna, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop "Nach Schwarzach" 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, bathing lake 3 km.
