Die Lage mit Blick auf den Turnersee ist wirklich schön. Die Wohnung mit Terrasse ist groß, sauber und ausreichend eingerichtet. Allerdings haben wir unseren Aufenthalt verkürzt, da der Zigarettengestank, der insbesondere aus dem Ledersofa und den dazugehörigen Kissen dünstete, trotz Lüften nicht wegzukriegen war. Die eigentlich wunderschöne und große Terrasse war leider nur wenig nutzbar. Tisch und Stühle sind vorhanden, aber ohne adäquaten Sonnenschirm im Sommer kaum nutzbar. Sollte man sich sonnen wollen, ginge das auch nicht komfortabel- es gab keine Sonnenstühle o.ä. In der Beschreibung der Unterkunft ist 'Waschmaschine ' angekreuzt. Aber man muss das Kleingedruckte lesen: es gibt 'Waschservice'. Hier wäscht dann der Eigentümer in seiner Maschine und tut auch alles ungefragt in den Trockner. Das ist sicher nett gemeint, kam uns aber etwas befremdlich vor. Insgesamt war der Umgang nur mäßig freundlich, Herr Skant konnte direkt ausfallend werden. Insbesondere das Rauchproblem hat er als Raucher scheinbar nicht nachvollziehen können.Wen Zigarettenrauch nicht stört, der kann sicher eine nette Zeit dort verbringen.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Herrn Skant begrüßt und haben uns in seinem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung war geräumig, sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Terrasse und der Ausblick auf die Berge und den See waren traumhaft. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten in der Ausstattung fehlten, aber Herr Skant war auf Nachfrage sehr hilfsbereit und besorgte die fehlenden Dinge. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen erholsamen Urlaub.
