Ferienhaus in St. Jakob

This former railway caretaker's cottage is nestled between the Karawanken mountains and the Drau reservoir in the municipality of St. Jakob im Rosental. On the ground floor of the building there is a bedroom, a bathroom, an inviting living area with a cosy stove and a kitchen. On the first floor there are two further bedrooms, a bathroom and a lounge area. This holiday home can accommodate up to 7 people in total. Your dogs can really let off steam on the fully fenced garden plot - up to 2 pets are allowed at no extra charge. Cosy garden furniture invites you to linger. The sofa bed in the living room is 1.50 metres wide.

Great location

The house is well kept and spacious. Due to the all enclosed garden, this was an ideal spots for our dogs. I would have welcome more support by the owners as there were no tips and tricks regarding the house at all (operation time of the heating, operating cycle of the heatin, …).

Super Haus in Alleinlage mit einen schönen Blick in das Tal. Uns war es sehr wichtig, dass das Haus eingezäunt ist wegen unserer zwei Hunde. Das war wirklich super. Ein professioneller Zaun um das gesamte Grundstück. Hochwertige Gartenmöbel 👍🏻Check in war sehr problemlos dank des Schlüsseltresors. Die Sauna im Haus haben wir nicht genutzt- ist aber ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Das einzige, was uns gefehlt hat an einem Regentag war ein gemütliches Sofa im Erdgeschoss. Ansonsten super Ausstattung es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir werden dieses Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen! 😊

Sehr gut. Haus liegt auf einer Erhöhung rundum Wald. Für eine Fam. Mit Kinder bestens geeignet

Nachteil im 1 Stock sind Zimmer nicht getrennt begehbar. Für grosse Personen auf Grund der Mansarde im Badezimmer bzw 1St. schwierig. Für Biker die Zufahrt durch Feldweg u. Schotter schwierig bei Regen nicht befahrbar. Ansonsten aber soweit sehr schön und zu empfehlen

Wunderbar erholsamer Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig auf einer kleinen Anhöhe direkt am Waldrand und ist über einen Forstweg gut zu erreichen. Der Garten ist wunderschön und sicher eingezäunt. Man hat einen herrlichen Blick ins Tal. Es gibt Liegen, Tische und Bänke und eine hölzene Hollywoodschaukel, die zum Entspannen einladen. Das Haus ist modern und hübsch eingerichtet. Viele Kleinigkeiten vermitteln einen heimeligen Eindruck. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat man in St. Jakob, das nur wenige Autominuten entfernt liegt. In der Umgebung gibt es außerdem vielfältige Ausflugs, Wander-und Bademöglichkeiten. Wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Recht erholsamer Urlaub mit diversen kleinen Macken!

Bad im Obergeschoß gut fotografiert, ist jedoch von der Stehhöhe kleiner als erwartet. Wasserversogung im OG mit regelmäßigen oder spontanen Unterbrechungen. Für 7 Personen weniger geeignet, da im OG zum Toilettengang ein Schlafzimmer durchquert werden muß. Im Erdgeschoß alles prima. Bei der Küchenausstattung fehlen einige wesentliche Dinge. Angemerkt sei hier nur keine Eierbecher, geringe Anzahl von Töpfen, Bierheber. Außenbereich schön mit Grill und Feuerkorb sowie Holz. Bei der angegebenen Personenanzahl sind zwei Liegen dürftig. Alles in Allem eine ausgesprochenen ruhige Lage mit wundervoller Aussicht. Bei entspechendem Verhalten ist die Beobachtung von Rehwild möglich. Gesamtnote von uns dennoch sehr Befriedigend.
