This luxury chalet is only a 5 minute drive from the Kreischberg ski resort
It is also next door to a championship golf course, and a perfect Summer location for walking, cycling, hiking and relaxing.
There is a large hot tub Jacuzzi outside - perfect in the snowy Winter conditions !
There are two double bedrooms, and two twin bedrooms (as well as a large sofa bed in the lounge area)
Two bathrooms, one with a shower cubicle and the other with a bath and shower.
Ski and boot storage room.
Large glass windows from the lounge, enjoying fantastic views of the mountains.
Lounge also has a large flat screen TV/DVD Player, and is heated by a central gas fired log-effect fireplace.
Fully equipped kitchen, with large dining area (or outside dining in the Summer on the verandah).

Schönes kleines Haus. Ideal für kleinere Gruppen

Alles wie beschrieben. Pfannen und diverse Kückenutensilien sind zwar noch ok aber sollten bald wieder ausgetauscht werden. 4 Schlafzimmer plus 1 Bad im 1.OG. Das 2. Bad im EG. Die beiden Schlafzimmer mit den getrennten Betten haben recht schmale Betten. Als Erwachsener mit 186cm Länge und durchschnittlichem Gewicht gerade noch ok. Matrazen sind etwas durchgelegen. Für 7-8 Erwachsene bei einer Woche völlig in Ordnung. Für 5-6 Erwachsene oder 2 Familien mit je 1-2 Kindern ideal. Die Check-In Mail von Graham hat falsche Telefonnummern. Am besten erst mal mit dem Schlüssel aus dem kleinen Aussentresor ins Haus und dort die Nummer aus der Gästemappe wählen.

Die Hütte sowie deren Lage waren super. Der Brötchenservice am Morgen war toll. Die Hütte entspricht exakt der Beschreibung. Einzig die Sauberkeit in der Hütte könnte verbessert werden. Alles in Allem super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, die Möbel sind in einem top Zustand:) Mit dem gasbetriebenen Kamin als Heizung war es immer angenehm warm und gemütlich. Ideal für einen Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden. Nur weiter zu empfehlen:))

Das Haus und vor allem die Einrichtung sind in die Jahre gekommen. Würde es nicht weiter empfehlen. In der Küche fehlte im Prinzip alles an Utensilien oder es war kaputt. Gleiches galt für die Bestuhlung innen und außen. Nach einigem Hin und Her wurden die Stühle außen dann getauscht und die gröbsten Mängel beseitigt. (Defekte Waschmaschine und loses Geländer auf der Terrasse) Am Whirlpool sind fast alle Knöpfe ab und auch die Beleuchtung ist kaputt. Die Liste könnte ich noch lange weiter führen. Unser Fazit: Einmal und nie wieder…..

KEIN LUXUS... nirgendwo! Dennoch ganz schön!

Also mit "Luxus" hat das hier nichts mehr zu tun! Das Objekt ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen - es gab eigentlich keine Ecke wo nicht irgendwas kaputt war (badschrank, trockner, Couch, whirlpool...) wir waren zu 6. und haben auf der Terrasse keine ausreichende Bestuhlung gefunden, die noch nutzbar war! Das Licht am whirlpool war defekt, die Klappe daran zerbrochen, die Dielen der Terrasse waren teilweise schon sehr zerschlissen, das Geländer hierzu schon in einem sehr fragwürdigem Zustand. Ich könnte das noch ewig weiterführen... Nichts desto trotz haben wir unseren Urlaub aber genossen (wenn man über den Zustand des Hauses hinwegsehen kann)! Der Platz ist ausreichend, die Lage sehr schön, der Ausblick ein traum! Und der kleine Streichelzoo auf dem Gelände für unsere Kinder das Highlight!

very nice place to be!

Die Lage und das Haus sind optimal. Wir haben die FeWo für 3 Personen gebucht, Platz ist aber auch für mehr mehr Personen durchaus ausreichend. Küchenausstattung ist ok, der Whirlpool ist ein Highlight, das Mobiliar ist insgesamt schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betreuung vor Ort war hervorragend, wir konnten jederzeit Fragen klären und Wünsche äußern, die umgehend erfüllt wurden. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass das Haus kein WiFi hat, obwohl das in der Annonce/Inserat angegeben ist. Wir mussten eine Box für 7,80 Euro/Tag dazu buchen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub und können die FeWo nur weiterempfehlen!

Wij hebben met 2 gezinnen tijdens de kerstdagen hier gelogeerd. De pistes van Kreischberg waren super! Voor ieder wat wils. Het huisje is prima. Er was meer dan voldoende bestek en borden. Het aantal glazen en pannen was wat beperkt. Wel hebben we heerlijk geslapen in de bedden. Enige minpuntje vanuit de kids was de WiFi als je er met teveel personen op zit had de WiFi het erg moeilijk. Pluspunt de jaccuzi. Al met al een heerlijke vakantie gehad.

Ideales Häuschen für zwei Familien

Hübsch gelegene kleine Siedlung mit Holzhäusern, die trotz naher Bahngleise sehr ruhig ist. Gute Zimmeraufteilung- kuschlig durch Gaskamin. Super: 2 Bäder. Wohnzimmer etwas abgewohnt, in der Küche wären 1-2 zusätzliche Töpfe und eine Salatschüssel perfekt. Ansonsten genügend Geschirr, Geschirrspülmaschine und sogar Waschmaschine.

Schöner Familienurlaub in gemütlichem Chalet, aber...

...mit Luxus-Chalet hat es leider nicht mehr viel zu tun. Das Haus ist leider schon sehr abgewohnt und die Sauberkeit lies auch einige Wünsche offen (Lampenschirme, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Boden, Geschirr, Couch)...haben sehr viel nochmal separat gereinigt. Die Couch ist einfach nur noch abgewohnt und gehört dringend getauscht und auch der "Betreuer" vor Ort hat fehlenden Utensilien, wie z.B. den Stöpsel für das Spülbecken nicht auftreiben können...also mussten wir uns hier auch einen eigenen anschaffen. Ein Traum war allerdings der Whirlpool! Der hat uns den Urlaub und Aufenthalt gerettet. Also unterm Strich hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub, aber mit ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnte man es perfekt machen.

Super chalet, a home away from home!

We have stayed in this lovely chalet many times and are never disappointed. On arrival we are met by Julius who gives us our key and answers any questions we may have. The property itself is clean, spacious and well equipped. We are two families of four, with older teenage children so the hot tub at the end of a hard day's skiing is an added bonus! The ski resort itself is a five minute drive and the slopes are perfect for families and advanced skiers alike with plenty of restaurants on the mountain for food and drinks. We often cater for ourselves in the evening and the chalet is perfectly equipped for this but when we go out to eat the 'Bierwirtshaus Moser' is one our favourite places to go. We even booked here on New Years Eve one year. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property and have many happy memories of the place.
