Step into a spacious, open-concept living space complete with a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar, and a comfortable dining and living area. Large sliding glass doors lead to the screened lanai, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine while taking in views of the sparkling pool and the Gulf of Mexico beyond.

The master bedroom features a plush king-size bed and a private en-suite bath, while the guest bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds—ideal for kids or additional guests. A sleeper sofa in the living room ensures accommodations for up to six guests, making this condo a great choice for families or small groups.

Set within a low-density 45-unit complex, Sand Pointe provides a relaxing atmosphere just steps from the beach. Guests can enjoy access to a beachfront pool, and the prime location offers easy access to nearby biking trails, shops, and local dining.

Please note: Sand Pointe is currently undergoing active construction as the complex continues restoration work following hurricanes Ian, Helene, and Milton.
