It is a comfortable house, located in the charming little village of Blériot-plage (commune of Sangatte) composed on the ground floor of an entrance hall with cloakroom, toilet and a living room - living room with white walls decorated with colorful paintings. The dark grey tiled floor is in harmony with the modern furniture.
The atmosphere is warm.

A living room with a three-seater leather sofa allows you to retreat to read or watch television.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven, 4 hotplates, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and vacuum cleaner.
Upstairs, bathroom with shower, toilet and two washbasins.
THREE bedrooms: the first with a double bed, the second with two single beds that can be put together, and a third with a single bed + a drawer bed.
From the living room access to a small garden where you can have lunch or dinner.
The sea is located at the end of the street, so you can walk to the wide sandy beach.

Bleriot-Plage

We had a fantastic time. The house is lovely, clean, spacious and well equipped. It's very close to the beach and there are some lovely walks nearby. It's close to the port of Calais and the centre of Calais. Joel was a great host; he's very friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend it and would definitely come again.

Votre annonce mentionnait : 2 salles de bain. Or il n'y en avait qu'une seule à l'étage.Cette condition était primordiale car nous étions 2 couples.Après plusieurs appels auprès d'Abritel pour signaler ce litige on nous a promis une compensation. Die Lage des Hauses ist toll und der Vermieter sehr nett. Das Haus bietet alles,was für einen Urlaub wichtig ist;-)Es gibt einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. In der Garage ist genug Lagerfläche. Es gab einen Elektrogrill.Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet inklusive Doppelbackofen.Man könnte sogar Kuchen backen. Der Bäcker ist direkt vor der Tür und ein Supermarkt ums Eck.Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt!Die Fenster haben alle Jalousien und es gibt einen kleinen Garten zum Essen draußen.

Weitläufiger sehr schöner Sandstrand in direkter Nähe, sehr gute Bäckerei um die Ecke und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten, Stadtzentrum in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar oder mit dem kostenlosen Bus (Haltestelle ebenfalls gleich um die Ecke). Am Anreisetag persönlicher Empfang durch den Vermieter zur Schlüsselübergabe.Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was aber auch einen gewissen Charme hat. In der Küche hätte es sauberer sein können. Insgesamt war es für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis okay.

Für uns war nahezu alles perfekt und wir haben uns mit 4 Personen und 2 Hunden sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Nähe zum Strand ist ein Traum und es war kein Problem für uns, tagsüber auf den Strand Richtung Sangatte auszuweichen (in der Hauptsaison sind am bewachten Strand keine Hinde erlaubt), morgens und abends ist es dafür super schön, in wenigen Minuten am Wasser zu sein, Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und der Vermieter sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Danke für die tolle Woche

Gemischter Eindruck

Die Lage des Hauses hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Stand ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und mit dem Auto ist man schnell auf der (mautfreien) Autobahn oder in der Stadt. In der Umgebung gibt es neben dem Bleriot-Plage noch weitere schöne Strände sowie beeindruckende Naturschutzgebiete, die zu Ausflügen einladen. Bei schlechtem Wetter lockt die Eurocity zum Shoppen.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos und zuverlässig. Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft entspricht im Wesentlichen der Realität. Auch deutsche Fernsehprogramme sind über Satellit verfügbar.Ein Hinweis zur Parksituation: Fahrzeuge, die länger als ein VW Touran sind, passen nicht vor die Garage. Dafür gibt es aber ausreichend öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe.Weniger zufrieden waren wir mit dem Zustand der Wohnung. Viele Einrichtungsgegenstände sind deutlich abgewohnt, und es fanden sich einige kleinere Defekte oder Verschmutzungen. Die Grundreinigung ließ leider zu wünschen übrig – so war z. B. die Dusche nicht gründlich gereinigt, Wasserhähne wiesen Kalk- und Wasserflecken auf, und der Geschirrspüler machte einen ungepflegten Eindruck.Wir haben die genannten Mängel dokumentiert, verzichten aber bewusst auf eine Veröffentlichung der Fotos.Insgesamt hat die Wohnung in Sachen Ausstattung und Sauberkeit den Anschluss an den Standard vieler anderer Urlaubsregionen leider etwas verloren.

Großartiges Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben unsere Woche in diesem tollen Haus sehr genossen. Joel, der Eigentümer, ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar.Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und in gutem Zustand. Das Meer ist 5 min Fußweg entfernt, es gibt fußläufig erreichbar einen kleinen Supermarkt und zwei Bäckereien.Wir können das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Tolle Ferien direkt am Meer

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Sehr schönes Haus - wie in der Anzeige beschrieben - und sehr gute Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben besonders die Nähe zum Strand geschätzt, wo man innerhalb von 3min zu Fuß am breiten Sandstrand war. Umgebung eignet sich hervorragend zum Wandern und Spazieren. Tolle 14 Tage Auszeit

Wir waren für 14 Tage in diesem Objekt. Die Anreise und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Er war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Die Umgebung ist ganz toll. Man hat direkt vor der Tür Restaurant, Bäcker, kleinen Laden und natürlich den traumhaften Strand. Im Haus selbst war alles da was man für eine Kurze Urlaubszeit braucht. Nur manches ist in die Jahre gekommen aber das hat unserer Urlaubszeit keinen Abbruch getan :-) Wir sagen DANKE für tolle 14 Tage! LG, Fam. Schlüter

Diese Unterkunft ist sehr gut.

Unser Aufenthalt in Bleriot Plage war enorm zufrieden stellend. Das Haus ist nicht neu , aber sehr sauber. Alles ist vorhanden was man zum leben braucht. So wie zuhause. Es gibt wirklich nichts zu bemengeln. Es gibt sowohl für drinnen oder draußen ( Terrasse) alles was man braucht. Die Douche klasse, das Badezimmer ist mit zwei Waschbecken und WC ausgestattet. Unten unter der Treppe noch ein WC. Die Schlafzimmer mit sehr guten Matratzen ausgestattet. Jedes der 2 Schlafzimmer haben einen großen Kleiderschrank. Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist etwas kleiner mit einen aussiehbett.Alle zimmer haben Rollläden. Und das Wohnzimmer hat einen Couch mit Sessel und Tisch. TV mit alle Deutschen Programmen ausser Paysender. WLAN ist perfekt. Im gleichen Raum der Esstisch und 6 Stühlen. Der Küchenraum ist Praktisch eingerichtet mit alles was man braucht . Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine, Backofen 2x, Kühlschrank sowie großen Tiefkühlschrank, Microwelle wie alle Küchensachen die man braucht. Müllabfuhr jede Woche. Sollte es Kälter werden gibt es ein Kamin Pelletherd oder Elektro Heizkörper. Der Strandweg maximal zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar, ca. 500 Meter. Der Bleriot Strand ist enorm sauber sowie die ganze Gegend. Überall, gratis Parkplätze und gratis City Bus. Auch der Gastgeber Joel ist immer da bei Hilfestellung. Er ist enorm freundlich.

Schnuckeliges Häuschen am Traumstrand

Wir haben1 Woche in diesem netten kleinen Haus verbracht. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit maritimen Motiven dekoriert. Ganz toll fanden wir den kleinen uneinsehbaren Garten hinter dem Haus. Vor dem Haus ist ein Stellplatz für das Auto. Allerdings nicht unbedingt für große Fahrzeuge geeignet. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. In 3 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an einem riesigen Traumstrand. In 5 Minuten Entfernung ist ein Carrefour und die Bushaltestelle ist im Endeffekt direkt vor der Haustür. Der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hat alles bestens geklappt.
