Loved everything but the bartender on top level bar that ignored us to the point thatvwe left and went to downstairs bar There were no other customers. I guess i know why!!

Being the time of year there wasn’t many people around. I can see where this is a big summer attraction and we will visit this hotel again. The staff was very friendly as were the bartenders.

Great stay/location, minus a few issues....

A few issues, but not too bad. One- great having smart tv's, but you're at the mercy of the 'free' content or need to sign in to your own accounts. There was no app for our service, so couldn't watch basic broadcast, which would have been nice for Football games! Seems like a miss not to at least have basic cable in the rooms. 2nd issue was their lofty price for having a small dog- $100 felt excessive given there would be no added cleaning needs.

Great welcome from a really wonderful staff. We loved our room. It was large, comfy, and clean. Great view of Lake Erie at the Jackson street pier. Some nice in early evening from outside the hotel, not surprising given the location, but we still felt comfortable. Thus our go to hotel when in the area. Highly recommended.
