Host was great. The house was very nice. There were some minor problems. The advertisement said the house would sleep six but there were only two beds. There were supposed to be three beds, and we had three people who each needed a bed. Apparently, there was generally a third bed in the form of a blow-up mattress which had been borrowed by another group in another house owned by the host. We contacted the host when we realized the problem and she could not have been nicer. She went out and purchased a new bed for us immediately after we contacted her. She delivered it by early that evening. It worked out very well.We had minor problems with the air conditioning. The thermostats mostly did not work properly but it was possible to cool the house down to comfortable levels each day we were there on days with near record-breaking heat. Another trivial gripe: we noticed a lot of crumbs under the pillows on the couch in the living room.Overall, we were very pleased with the rental and include the minor criticisms in this review only to help the host. Our view is that the host is excellent and that people working for her might not always be so great.If you would like another review for the public to see, I would rewrite this one, excluding the minor criticism for essentially inconsequential problems. I would very highly recommend this place to other potential customers.

Beautiful yard with incredible view of Sandia. The water feature and pond are relaxing. The family room keeps those views with 3 huge windows. It was great to have attached garage space to avoid a minivan preheated in the New Mexico sun. Will definitely stay there again.
