The Exclusive Holiday Rental—ideal for families, friends, or group stays—<br>, accommodates 12 adults, including children up to 17 years old and an additional toddler in the provided cot. <br><br>Our holiday rental features 4 separate bedrooms, each with a 55" TV. Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have 2 box-spring double beds, accommodating 4 people each, and direct access to the balcony. Bedroom 3 has another box-spring double bed with a cot and a changing table. Bedroom 4 also has a box-spring double bed.<br><br>A fully equipped, spacious kitchen with 2 refrigerators, a stove and oven, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, as well as a Nespresso machine and a standard filter coffee maker, leaves nothing to be desired. If you do need anything, our front desk is available 24 hours a day. Cooking utensils are provided in ample quantities, as are pots, pans, and bowls. High-speed Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all rooms.<br><br>An electric grill with grilling utensils is provided for the large balcony, which measures approximately 40 square metres (partially covered). Cushions for the patio furniture are also provided. Balcony candle holders are available as well.<br><br>For those long winter evenings, a raclette machine for 10 people is at your disposal.<br><br>The living-dining room has ample space for all guests and children and measures approximately 60 square metres. A 70-inch TV offers an engaging viewing experience. The living-dining room has direct access to the balcony. <br><br>For our younger guests, we have two high chairs, a child safety seat, a baby bathtub, a toilet seat, a step stool, cups, small plates, and cutlery in the apartment.<br>There is a cot and a changing table in bedroom 3. Another portable cot is available in the apartment. If you need additional sleeping arrangements for the children, simply contact our front desk.<br><br>Our holiday rental has two bathrooms with natural light and a guest bathroom with natural light. Bathrooms 1 and 2 each feature a large walk-in shower, a toilet, and two sinks. In Bathroom 1, the shower is equipped with a spa shower panel and massage jets.<br><br>The apartment is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, an ironing board and iron, as well as a clothes rack.<br><br>Free parking is available directly in front of the building and around the hotel.<br>A large supermarket, including a bakery, and a bus stop are just 60 metres away.<br><br>We would be delighted to welcome you in person soon.
