This bright and airy three bedroom home features an open plan living and dining area with cozy lounges and air conditioning, allowing plenty of space for everyone to gather. Stay comfortable year round, as each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit.

The large kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and also includes a Citiz Nespresso coffee machine to help kickstart your mornings.

Enjoy the convenience of a second shower and toilet in the laundry room, plus an undercover BBQ area with outdoor dining.

The double garage has been set up as a games room with smart TV, PS4, Wi-Fi, table tennis, air hockey and foosball table for the whole family to enjoy. 

Only minutes from the world famous Hyams Beach and the very special Booderee National Park, there is lots to see and do in Sanctuary Point as well as the neighbouring towns of Vincentia and Huskisson.

There are a range of local activities to experience like dolphin and whale watching, scuba diving, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating and bike hire.

Please note, this property can accommodate eight guest (on request) however, would be most suited to six adults and two children. (folding bed/sofa's suited for children)

Blankets and pillows are provided for all beds and this property also provides linen. Linen is sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and bath mats.

Off-street parking is available, including space for your boat. Undercover parking behind roller door.

Belle Escapes Jervis Bay offers privately owned homes in residential areas for the purpose of family holidays or a relaxing getaway. They are NOT for use as "party venues", No parties, schoolies, hen’s, buck’s, weddings, functions, commercial event or other style of event is to take place at the property. This property is surrounded by permanent residents and located in a quiet coastal area. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be asked to leave the property immediately. Offensive, loud or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated, and such behaviour will result in immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund.
