Air conditioner was working poorly. Room 227 felt humid at sometimes. It gets really hot in the evening. I asked for someone to come and check the air unit they said that it was locked to not go below 66

The room smelled like mildew had to sleep with the AC on weather was under 55° water in the shower did not stop running all night couldn’t move rooms. no more lower room rooms.

Broken fixtures in room, ROACHES in room! 2 people staying in room and they would not give us more than 2 towels, I have very long hair i need 2 towels just for myself (body & hair). No additional towel/mat for the bathroom floor when getting out of shower, no wash cloth or hand towels. Beds (bed frames) made crazy loud sounds with every move. Would not start checking people in until after 3pm and there was a line of us waiting since about 2:30. I understood if a room is not available but that was clearly not the case, if you have rooms ready and a line of people in the cold and rain waiting to check in just start checking people in! Would me getting in my room 20 min before 3pm be so bad for motel? No! But it would have been good customer service.

Wasn’t informed of the $60 deposit for damages , no description of NO elevator . Door didn’t close completely. Yes it locked . But it didn’t touch the closure of the wall. Hot water ran out after one shower . White towels had stains . Learning experience. Never booking here again.
