“Villa TreRose is located in a fine and quiet residential area just 350 meters from the main street and the seafront of San Vito Lo Capo (5 minutes walk). Recently built, it is on two levels and consists of a dining room-living room, independent kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, hallway, 2 toilets-showers, terraces and covered verandas equipped. Internal and external furnishings in Mediterranean style. New, complete and functional equipment (air conditioning, unlimited internet, fridge with freezer, hob, electric oven, water heater, 32'' TV, washing machine, hairdryer). Fenced garden planted with typical Sicilian shade and ornamental essences. Free private parking for 2 medium-sized cars inside the property.

Traditionell und gemütlich

Wir waren als Gruppe (6 Personen) im Kletterurlaub und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderbar, das Küchenequipment war ausreichend vorhanden. Wir mochten die Terrasse und unser tägliches Frühstück draußen. Auch der Garten ist ein Traum. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und sehr schön. Es sind ca. 8 Minuten bis zum Strand zu Fuß. Silvana und ihre Familie sind sehr freundlich und verlässlich, alles hat prima geklappt, wir waren sehr zufrieden. Danke für alles, liebe Silvana.

Ottimo valore prezzo-qualita'

San Vito Lo Capo e' stata una bella scoperta per noi. Il mare e' splendido, la cittadina molto carina e pronta a soddisfare ogni necessita'. Villa Tre Rose si trova a circa 800 metri dalla spiaggia, e' dotata di ogni confort, e' arredata con gusto, in cucina non manca nulla e ci si sente davvero in vacanza, cenare in veranda con il vento e' il top, tra l'altro se fa caldo si puo' sempre cenare nella parte posteriore, che e' molto ventilata, ci sono anche un grill e molti attrezzi da spiaggia (sedie, ombrelloni, giochi per i bimbi, ecc). Se proprio devo esprimere qualche critica, la farei soprattutto a fattori esterni: piromani che continuano ad incendiare ogni anno la riserva dello Zingaro, male la gestione rifiuti spesso sparpagliati per le strade (i gatti fanno festa la notte, ma questo e' anche dovuto alla negligenza delle persone che lasciano i rifiuti per strada la sera quando dovrebbero farlo solo negli orari stabiliti), ovviamente luglio e agosto spiaggia affollatissima, forse un po' piu' di cura e senso civico farebbero di questo posto una perla. Offerta culinaria top, per tutti i gusti, c'e' anche un supermarket, il Deco con prezzi accessibili e con ottima offerta di prodotti. Spiagge attrezzate ma le docce a pagamento sono una cosa che solo in Italia ho visto....un po' spiacevole ma si puo' sopravvivere.
