The location is perfect with a beautiful view,, near by a public parking, walkable to the city center, the front desk are amazing and so sweet, the room and the bathroom is huge, but it’s 3 stars hotel with no coffee machine in the room or in the lobby, I notice a bad smell in the bathroom but it’s was one night

Okay hotel in San Vincente, room was nice but bed was very uncomfortable. Didn't have AC and I couldn't keep the windows open since it's right by the road. Location was right next to the castle and downtown so was very convenient.

Property located in a beautiful place looking over the water. No air conditioning in room. We have to keep the windows open and was too noisy and difficult to sleepdue to the light from outside. First room was without windows or air conditioning. We paid extra for an update. Schönes sauberes Hotel mit höflichen Personal. Restaurant kann ich auch empfehlen. Ich verstehe nur nicht warum in einem 4.Sterne Hotel es nicht möglich ist Gläser hin zustellen aus Glas? Stattdessen gab es 2 Plastikbecher die nochmal in Plastik Tüten verpackt sind....Umweltfreundlich geht anders.
